Excellent work carried out by Jack and Andrew. Both extremely reliable, honest and patient. We had an outside hot and cold tap fitted, alongside new pipework and radiators throughout the whole house, very clean working and nothing was too much trouble for them, would 1000% reccomend and wouldn't use anyone else again. thank you both.

Helped me out when I was in real need. Had a leak on a water tank and he sorted within no time. Really nice guy too.

I had a boiler service and a new shower fitted a couple of days ago by this company. I was very pleased with Jack's workmanship and general demeanor. He also tidied up and took all old materials away with him. I will definitely use them again!

Unreliable!!! I called (April 12, 2014) and spoke with Jack. He asked me to text him details and he would get back to me. I did and he made arrangements to be to ours on April 22. I did not look for other plumbers as I believed he would keep his promise. On Thursday, April 18, he texted to say... Hi Tara. I won't be able to carry out the work for you unfortunately I've been called back onto an on going project. Aplogies Unfortunately I work alone and have a large ongoing project which I have been called back to. I have unpaid wages which I have now been told that I won't receive until the renovation is fully completed. I Aplogies but I can't be in two places at once. I can send you a few numbers if that will help (message unedited). I am now two weeks behind schedule and continue taking cold showers, among a list of other unfinished jobs. Jack prioritized someone who had already failed to pay him over us. Totally screwing us over in the process. If you need someone reliable it is NOT Jack!!!! Does not value customer's time.

Won't use again

I needed a new boiler during the coldest week of the year, Jack came out on Saturday, gave a very reasonable quote and a sensible explanation of what had gone wrong with the old one. New boiler fitted on the Wednesday! Thanks so much Jack.

4 New Rads installed. I am delighted with the completed work. Jack clearly takes great pride in his work. He was extremely professional and polite from the initial contact to the completion of the job. Jack left the work areas clean and tidy. Answered all my questions and provided advice. I have no hesitation in using Jack again and recommending the quality of his work. I am already looking at Jack installing a new shower for me. Thank you.

Just had a total refurbishment of a very old bathroom. Bathroom gutted from ceiling to floor. Delighted with the professional finish and good price. We would highly recommend Jack and Andy.

Jack and Andrew installed a combi boiler. They did an excellent job and we would highly recommend.

Excellent service. Really impressed with these guys. We have used them for a boiler installation as well as a bathroom refurb. The boiler was complicated by the odd wiring in our house amongst other things, but Jack put in back to back 10+ hour days to get it done as quickly as possible for us. And we couldn't be more pleased with the bathroom, its a fantastic job. Nothing was too much. Jack even came out on a Sunday to correct a couple of snags! Unusually good service. Highly recommended!
