Wyatt scheduled the work and is very knowledgeable about the installation and process. The crew, Joe, Mark, Alex and another gentleman were excellent. They were professional, explained everything and made sure that we were happy after the job was finished. The gutters look great. We will definitely use The Captain again in the future.

My home insurance company was giving me heat about my garage roof. Not "fix the roof" but "fix the roof or else". I had a very short timetable. The Captain said "No problem!" They replaced the roof with time to spare. The work crew was polite and hard working. It has been an outstanding experience. When it's time to do the house roof, I'm calling the Captain.

I highly recommend The Captain for your roofing needs! I was in between a rock and a hard place when I called them. I had water coming in my attic and had to leave for a work trip the next day. I called Ben and he worked to get Tony out right away. Tony arrived early the next morning and gave me an assessment on what they could do. There is never a good time for needing a new roof but The Captain made it a simple process and affordable through financing! The roof was completed while I was away for work. The crew was professional, respectful, arrived on time, cleaned up after, and did a beautiful job! They even included free gutter guards! As a woman there is always a fear of being taken advantage of by contractors, but everyone I encountered from the Captain made me feel secure and knowledgeable about what was happening the whole time! Tim even fixed a soffit issue for me! Again, 5+ stars for The Captain!

They listed to you.. to understand not to just reply with the same answer 20 others gave you. As a lady out here rolling solo we need more companies like his! Within a week he had a date for me and had my roof on reframed before the snow! They kept me in the loop during the whole job.. were completely transparent as they should be but actually willing to be which is HUGE! Can’t wait for my deck quote!! If you’re on the fence and looking .. stop here and call them .. Thank me later

It was a PLEASURE to work with The Captain for gutter cleaning and a roof replacement. Tim came out to look at our roof after a cap shingle(?) fell off during a storm. He was matter-of-fact and did not push a sale. He assured me that if we decided to work with The Captain for repair or roof replacement, he would help with the insurance process. Tim helped me navigate all things insurance, spent time calling them for me, and very responsive to my many text questions. 2mo later, we got a gorgeous new roof, all paid for by insurance. The Captain paid our $1000 deductible - so nothing out of pocket for us. Tim kept in contact with me during the 2-day roof replacement by sending me texts about the work progress and encouraged any questions. Tim ensured the clean-up around our property was done properly and single-handedly put our heavy patio furniture back in place. Afterwards, Wyatt was courteous with my billing/insurance questions and helpful with providing guidance and paperwork to forward to insurance to get our job completion check from them. Overall, a GREAT experience. I will definitely continue to use The Captain for gutter cleaning and any other job that pops up that they do.

Purchased a home in the spring and we knew a new roof would be needed (interior leaks, rough existing patchwork, etc...). There are plenty of Roofing Companies to consult with, and I did just that. I must have had 6 or 7 companies out to quote complete replacement of shingled roof, along with replacement of Gutters and Gutterguards. The Captain offered all services, and had pretty quick availability. The Price was in the lower half of my various quotes, but in talking to the Sales Rep, and then The Owner (who called to help answer various questions I had), I knew this was a company I could feel good about giving the business to. All aspects were handled in a courteous, professional, and timely manner. The crew worked very hard from the moment they arrived onsite till the daylight was no more. They left the jobsite as clean as you can possibly get it after a complete tear off, and were very mindful of my property (driveway, trees/bushes, AC unit, Deck, etc). I'm happy to say the on the job experience lived up to the on the phone administration portion! And post-installation, the owner, Ben, reached back out via Video to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work and if there were any questions. An added touch that someone spending a large chunk on money on the work can fully appreciate. Thank You Ben, Joe, Tim, and the Gutter Crew (please forgive me, I've forgotten their names!) for helping transform the outside of our home!

We had a tree fall on our roof and The Captain did an amazing job repairing it. They were able to come out quickly and give us a quote. They walked us through the process and explained each step of the way. Our new roof looks amazing. They were complete professions and communicated with us clearly and regularly. The crew that worked on our roof were super careful with our yard and property. Except for the beautiful new roof, you couldn’t tell they were there! I would not hesitate to recommend this company for their roofing services! So kind and professional!
