Smedley Plumbing was able to get to my house same day to address a drain issue. Spencer was able to fix the issue quickly and efficiently. He followed up by investigating the cause of the issue to help insure it won’t happen again. Spencer was very helpful and patient with finding an overall solution, not just a quick fix.
Top notch service, Mitch was on time, very helpful in explaining to me what the problem was and the easiest way to fix it. Did an excellent job in repairing plumbing issues. I will not use any other plumber.
Mitch was super friendly upon arrival for our estimate very professional. He went above and beyond when he gave us the estimate he explained things to us we had no idea about. I was able to get a same day appointment, and the drain just needed to be cleaned out. Short, simple, fast appointment all in one day with friendly service.
Wife and I had a water line that needed to be cut and capped. Mitch, of Smedley Plumbing was a consummate professional. He took the time to explain what our options were and gave us estimates for each scenario.
While working, he allowed us the time to discuss how he ended up starting his business. In itself, a truly remarkable story. But Mitch showed he’s more than just a guy who comes into your home to repair something. During our discussion, we learned that Mitch very much believes in community. But he doesn’t just pay it lip service.
His company, every 1st Monday of the month, identifies and helps folks in need who have plumbing issues. His company fixes the issue at no charge. That’s called community.
Additionally, we found Mitch to be one of the most personable folks we have met in a very long time. We have other, bigger plumbing jobs coming up and I know that we will use Smedley Plumbing for all our needs.
