No respect for customers
I am a regular customer with this taxi service for 12 years but after today I don't know If I will book them again. I was waiting for my taxi in the car park at M &S Rayleigh, I received a message to say who the driver was and description of the car and would be with me in few mins. It never turned up so I rang and spoke to a women told her what had happened, she said he was there but you were not so he went. This is untrue I was standing there waiting no Bestax taxi ever turned up, she accused me of shouting when I wasn't, never apologised and didn't like me complaining. So much for being a good customer, they couldn't c are less,
