No respect for customers I am a regular customer with this taxi service for 12 years but after today I don't know If I will book them again. I was waiting for my taxi in the car park at M &S Rayleigh, I received a message to say who the driver was and description of the car and would be with me in few mins. It never turned up so I rang and spoke to a women told her what had happened, she said he was there but you were not so he went. This is untrue I was standing there waiting no Bestax taxi ever turned up, she accused me of shouting when I wasn't, never apologised and didn't like me complaining. So much for being a good customer, they couldn't c are less,

Usually have great experience with this company but recently booked a cab in advance, went outside 5 minutes before it was due to arrive and watched the driver speed straight past me. Ran after the car when it reached the junction calling out, but they drove off. In total had to wait 45 minutes for a car so actually missed my event!

Awful experience with this company. Booked for a pick up at 12am to have no cab turn up. We called to chase and we were told they’ve overbooked and couldn’t give us a time in which someone will arrive and just needed to wait (outside in the cold as the place we were at had closed) and will receive a text when someone is outside. Waited over half an hour and decided to book an uber to get us home. We called the company (to do the decent thing) to cancel the cab and they didn’t seem interested and we got no apology at all. The man we spoke to was very rude and had minimal customer service skills. We don’t even believe a cab was on route to pick us up. Would not recommend this company at all and would give minus stars if we could.

Always use Besttax from Hullbridge to Rayleigh every day. Fantastic service. I usually get a guy I'm sure his name is Scott, he's a credit to the company great guy and always goes the extra mile

Mataya, we would never refuse anyone service unless there was a extremely valid reason such as you are trying to book outside of our operating area, or if we had a previous bad experience such as abusive behaviour or non payment.

Absolutely awful! Would give minus stars if possible! I booked a taxi for an important pick up for 1pm sharp at the small Premier Inn, next to the Toby carvery, address 213 Eastern esplanade, giving 2 days notice. I was very clear about the address. I received text confirmation. I phoned again the day before pick up to double check my booking and to absolutely double check they had booked the correct Premier Inn and I received absolute confirmation of the correct address by the controller over the phone. My pick up passenger was to be a surprise guest at my Mums 80th birthday party and the timing was crucial of which was made very clear and confirmed back to me. Well guess what??? The taxi arrived at the WRONG Premier Inn!!! My special guests were eventually picked up 15 minutes late! Crucially timed arrival RUINED! Thankfully this was a one off occasion because I will NEVER use this company again! Completely useless and unprofessional 😡😡
