I had a great experience with C2H. Their service/sales team was easy to work with. Paul and David did a detailed job installing my new Trane system. The area was spotless when finished, and they were patient with my questions and concerns throughout the install.

Warren, thank you for the great review. We appreciate your business!
Been using C2H for several years now. Once again, the proved why I trust them.
A few week back in ATL, my AC went out during a heat wave. My neighbor had another company tech out servicing their unit, so I nabbed him while he was on my street hoping he could fix mine while he was right there. He said I needed a new unit and quoted me 9500 for a system. By the time he left he was at 9000, and by the time he called me later pressuring me, he was at 8500.
I called C2H and they came out promptly, diagnosed and fixed the problem, and told me that had I needed a new system, it would've been 7500.
I had some electrical work done by C2H recently. They were polite, friendly, knowledgeable. Showed up on time, solved the problem, cleaned up. I have used them for replacing my HVAC system also. Cale and Prince were the best.

Terry, thank you so much for the review! We will pass on the positive feedback to the team. Happy we could be of service, and thank you for the continued support!
As I was driving on 316 headed in the direction of the Bethleham exit there was a C2H van in the left lane, the passing lane, driving about 62 mph. The speed limit is 65 for the majority of the stretch between Athens and Bethlehem. This behavior of drivers hanging out in the left lane and going considerably slower than the general traffic flow is way too common and very dangerous. Multiple drivers made dangerous maneuvers to get around him. If this company is hiring this type of person who does not have the sense or wherewithal to be an observant driver on an already dangerous highway, I would not want that person working on my HVAC in my home or even entering my home for that matter. I know that this review is at least the second review complaining about their drivers. I am sure they have gotten many more phone call complaints.

Jim, I apologize for your experience. We talk to our drivers regularly about safe driving practices. It sounds like our driver was operating the vehicle safely and lawfully, and others around them were driving dangerously. Nevertheless, we will address this with our team. Thank you for your feedback.
George, the technician that came out was incredible. We and three other companies thought there was a problem with a circuit board in the heat pump and couldn't figure out the issue. George worked on it, got things working, was about to leave, but said the issue just didn’t make sense to him. So instead he stayed for another three hours and tested everything, finally figuring out that it was actually an issue with the thermostat inside (a $60 fix rather than an $800 fix!). George’s careful work and decades of experience solved an issue we’ve had with our HVAC for three years and we now have heat for the winter, so a huge thanks to him and C2H for taking care of us!
I don't know much about the company other than when I was at Publix the gentleman parked next to me and got out of the truck. He saw me finished with my shopping cart and actually asked me if I was done with it and took it back up for me. Sometimes, it's the simple gestures that tell you everything you need to know about a company.
I would hate to do business with you all considering you all employ dangerous drivers. Van #310 cut me off and had been doing 30 miles over a 65 speed limit the entire way. I work at an Electrical company and am over fleet. You all need to do better with safety on the road because obviously your workers don’t give a damn.

Thank you for alerting us. I assure you we take safety very seriously, and we train all our staff to work safely on and off the roads. I apologize for your experience. We will address the issue.
I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the quick response and exceptional customer service I received from C2H, HVAC. Freddie, Jacob, and Ante went above and beyond to address my HVAC needs and truly exceeded my expectations. Not only did they fix the issue efficiently, but they also took the time to explain the problem and they went above and beyond. Thank you so much for your professionalism and top-notch service, C2H! Highly recommend to anyone in need of HVAC services.
I had a great experience with C2H and especially with their service technicians. The most recent tech,Jacob Cannon, was great. Polite Knowledgeable Thorough and Professional. Jacob is a true professional who takes time to diagnose the problem and treats the client with respect. Customer service is so lacking these days. I appreciated having a professional HVAC tech who still knows how to provide old fashioned great service. Thanks C2H Air and Electric. Mary Caldwell
Tech came to my rental property for regular maintenance this week. It's a package unit...he looked at it, turned off the gas, told my tenant the heat exchanger was rusted out, needed to replace the entire unit. I called another company for a 2nd opinion, met them on site, they took the unit apart and showed me the heat exchanger, which was stainless steel and rust free. The tech from C2H later admitted he never looked at the heat exchanger, yet he had asked my tenant if she felt sick from breathing carbon monoxide all winter and tried to sell me thousands of dollars of equipment that I did not need.

Hi Norman, first, thank you for your business, I am sorry that you had this experience with our team. I reviewed your claim, and you are correct, our technician should not have made the recommendation to replace the heat exchanger or unit without 100% confirmation of a failure and we have reiterated to our technician that he cannot make recommendations without this confirmation. That is not the way we do business. We did offer to send another technician at no charge to confirm our claims, but I believe this review was made around the time of that offer. As a side note, I reviewed the pictures of the inside of the burner cabinet, and there is a significant amount of rust around the induction assembly and burners, so you should have someone address the water intrusion.
Again, I apologize for the improper recommendation. I assure you that this is not typical of our business or our employees.
