Terrible customer service Took 2 days to send my order after having to email them about it. Just received it today and half of my order is missing. These guys use to be the best and now they are the worst. Been trying to reach customer support to see what happened to the rest of my order and they will not respond back.

DONT SEND ANY MONEY!!!! DONT GIVE THESE GUYS BUSINESS THEY ARE THIEFS THEY ACCEPTED MY MONEY BUT THAN CANCELLED MY ORDER NOW THEY WONT ANSWER THEIR EMAILS THEY LITERALLY JUST TOOK OVER $200 FROM ME?!?!?

Great service, but... They're a great company. But I have a feeling they were bought out by someone else. Prices went up a bit, they no longer reply to emails, they've got less products than normal, and when they do reply to emails it's the dumbest reply that doesn't even answer your question. Still gonna go here until they raise the price of shipping, and stop selling quality items at a low price. This place was way different years ago. In a good way.

These guys are the real deal I've been using BWP for about a year now and the customer service and quality of the product are always on point. I've never had any issues with any of my orders and never had any issues when re-ordering the same product. I've used other companies and placed orders for the same flower strian twice and got different bud, with BWP that has never happened. All flower is amazing and the concentrates are even better. I can believe how good the quality is for the price!!!!! Keep it up BWP. I will definitely be a lifetime customer.
