Criminals This company will rip you off. After several successful orders, I gave them a full 5 star review a couple of months ago. Unfortunately, like many other people I eventually got scammed. They took my payment through direct e-transfer into their account and sent me a confirmation email stating that payment was received and that they were processing my order. Two weeks later when I inquired about my missing order they asked me to prove that I had actually sent the money. After sending them numerous emails with screenshots as proof of payment they eventually confirmed that they did in fact receive my e-transfer. At that point they offered to refund my money because they claimed to be out of stock so I accepted their offer. Then nothing. It’s now been over a month and they no longer respond to my emails. They chose to rip me off for $200 instead of keeping me as a regular loyal customer. Even their sister website “Canada Mushrooms” operates in the exact same manner. I was scammed by them too before knowing they were the same crooked company. The “customer support” is a joke. It does not exist. They respond here with polite messages but when you deal with them directly they never follow through with their promises. They simply do not give a f#ck as long as there’s unsuspecting customers sending them money. I’m willing to do a follow up if they come through to resolve this issue but judging by all the bad reviews of similar scams, that’s not likely to happen. Buyer beware!

Sites a scam informing crimstoppers I don’t know how hard it is to sell drugs but these guys are incompetent as hell. I’ve never seen such a poorly managed company. Customer service is dog shit. I’ve made dozens of orders here their quality is slowly getting better but their customer service is bullshit . If it wasn’t for the drugs they sell. I would never in a million years support this site. I rather go to my local drug dealer. They never ship out orders on time. You never get your order same week. Sometimes shipping labels have incomplete address They keep changing their email for emt every few weeks because they know they’re sketchy. I am legit about to contact crime stoppers on these incompent fucks. Please no one support them anymore I don’t wish to have your identity on file for when they get shut down by the rcmp. I have warned them I want my money back and I wish to speak with management over the phone. They have until the end of the week to correct their shit. For anyone who wishes to stay anonymous by ordering online.. these is no anonymity here because of their incompentence, there is a lot of paper trails leading back to you. So if they ever get caught, every customer is not safe. You have been warned. Crime stoppers will be Informed

Scammers I ordered a certain amount of product and only received half of that product. I have tried multiple ways and multiple times to get a hold of someone and have been unable. They replied to these comments saying to contact customer support, but then do not answer the customer support emails. The product was good while I had it but what's the point if they're just going to take my money?

SCAM Still refusing to send me my refund or resolve my issue. Order 6857. Total Scammers. Last warning send me my money back or get me in touch with someone who will actually help.

Don’t trust ever!!!!!!!!! They literally steal your money. I have shown them multiple screenshots and they refuse to ship my order until I give them my BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER!!!! Don’t listen to the reply(order 6585), they will reply here but customer service will not answer your email. Total scam. Rip off. Don’t trust !!!!!!

Thieves They took my money and did not give me my order. They have auto deposit, I sent the money, and then they say they have a banking problem. The only problem is my money is gone now and they won’t make it right!!

They are slipping I've been a customer for awhile, and had an issue with my order. Test results showed it was what it was supposed to be, and when mixed with bacteriostatic water, it fizzed into a mass of goo. Sent photos. I got a "we'll look into it" email, then nothing. Although I didn't say anything about the other order I had with them, it tested out as really light blue instead of purple. It appears they are now cutting their product, yet offering deals. Sad. They used.to be really good.

Best customer experience and product Made a purchase and everything went amazing, quick and simple. Received product damaged upon arrival. I simply used the chat and they were able to communicate clearly the situation. They were quick and made it right instantly. Really really appreciate the team on quick response and turn around. For the product, top notch quality!! Without hesitation, I will be definitely ordering again and definitely recommend everyone.

Incompetent Service. Don’t sign up. Please read. Sorry about last post. I’m not sure how hard it is to sell drugs these days. These sellers make things more complicated than they should be. First of customer service is literally from preschool they have no idea wtf they’re taking about and answers only answer parts of your question if your lucky or they pretend or are literally retarded. I have screenshots as proof but i rather not show. On two deliveries they got the wrong address which caused shipping delays. One package didn’t even have most of the address written on it. Does no one check these shipping labels when printed or before shipping? One package took 2-3 weeks to come in Continuing, I missed a discount recently so I contact support and asked if they’re currently any coupons. They replied no but offered me a speciality 10% coupon. While speaking with support I checked my email about my current order and I see a same day email with a 20% promo code. So I ask agent and they were clueless. What I’m upset about is currently they have 3 promotions. A 10%, 20, and 25%. The 25 is listed in the homepage and is on the top banner. The 20 was sent in an email as I am a member, and third was what support offered me for 10% for being a member and valued customer? Lastly, about being a member, don’t even bother signing up. I have no received a single point on my last few orders and when asked they said system issue and when asked about reimbursement of points, guess what? No reply! In summary, they do sell good product the first few times were a miss but the last 1/2 orders have been great. Drugs honestly sell themselves and hsssle free in this day and age. I asked to file a complaint to the owner but I doubt they will provide me contact. I truly believe they purposely messed up my order delaying it because I kept calling them out or asking them wuewtions about their incompetency. This business is by far the worst managed business and customer relations I have ever encountered in my life. If not for my addictions I wouldn’t recommend this business to myself or anyone else. Thank you for your time.

What a crappy customer support, you only reply to the review but not my actual complaints thru ur websites customwr support?? My order number was 4558 and it was months ago! I cant reply to your reply on my first review and you guys know that so it looks like you guys are being proactive about your mistake but in reality you guys dont have any intention on righting your wrong.

Wrong product Ok so i ordered from these guys over a year ago it was around march 2023. i received my order within a week and everything looked good but they sent me the wrong product(M) it was supposed to be a diffrent product (k) and stupid me didnt test. So i had a extremely unpleasant experience all beacuse of me not testing the product first and assuming a label on a bag. Told customer service and about what happened they acknowledged they made a mistake but nothing was ever done to rectify the problem. I was expecting at least a apology some people would of been a lot more upset then i was if they weren't as experienced as myself in that kind of stuff. That is all i have to say buy the products are of goood quality . Ill give them that.

Ok when things go right, but horrible horrible customer service when they screw up. Terrible customer service. All those two name 5 star reviews are fake. They are exactly word for word the same as their other 2 websites. They add them in from time to time to pump up their rating. I've been dealing with support for 2 months who keep telling me "we sent your request to shipping department" How effin long does it take the shipping department to ship?!?! Put stuff in envelope, add address, drop off in mailbox.
