I order an ounce of 4 different strains and of course my pink rockstar which is my fav. I'm a very heavy smoker, so I'm always chasing the buzz. I've never been disappointed at bulkweed. FYI their triple A's are better then their quad A's just my opinion

My first time ordering from this company and they made a mistake on my order. I reached out to them and asked for a exchange to fix my order and they offered an exchange (customer to pay the shipping - which doesn't make sense since they made the mistake) or a refund. I emailed them back and after 5 attempts to contact them over the span of 2 weeks, they finally replied they will send a refund. I never received the refund and I reached out another 5 times. It's been 2 weeks again now and another bunch of emails later with no reply. At this point I am extremely frustrated. 1 month of trying to contact them and a loss of over $200.
