Buttonwood Property Management is in a class of its own. They are meticulous, efficient, quick to respond, communicative, responsible, and full of integrity. I would highly recommend them in a heartbeat (as in, don't give it a second thought - they are absolutely the best in the industry)! They took all my stresses away as a first-time landlord, and the value I've received from their deep expertise has been immeasurable (from finding and placing high quality tenants, to advising on legal obligations and processes, to sourcing trusted partners for home repairs, and liaising with the condo board, etc.). They take care of every last detail for me and my tenant, so I don't have to worry about a thing. I can just look forward to a cheque being deposited into my account every month. They've also proactively advised me on blind spots that I wouldn't have even known to ask for (e.g. understanding the nuances of insurance coverage, to make sure I am fully protected, etc.). They treat their work as if they are caring for their own unit. I've since recommended Buttonwood to my family and friends, and they've been thrilled with this team's service too. I am really grateful I found this company for my rental unit. Hiring Buttonwood is the best decision I made on my real estate investing journey!

Aniko @ Buttonwood has been managing my rental property in Oakville for six months now at an absolute exceptional level of customer service. What I value the most about Aniko is: the speed of her responses via email or text; her stepping up to coordinate work between myself, the tenant, and the builder; arranging for contractors to come on site to tend to fix issues in a timely way; resolving billing issues directly with the utilities. We purchased our first rental property (a condo unit) and signed up with Buttonwood to be our property managers. It has made being first time landlords an easy turnkey operation. They take care of everything from taking the photos, advertising, showings, screening applicants, (our condo was rented mid-month, the same month we put it on the market) dealing with the condo corporation, dealing with the tenants and resolving any repairs, inquiries etc. We just sit back and get our rent deposited every month without any hassles. Great professional services by Buttonwood, will recommend it to everyone. Serviced by Rebecca, Aniko and Sabine, who are very attentative, responsive, and all very helpful. Also compared to other services, great value for money as well. If I have to pick bone from the egg, I would say the speed of finding tenant and somewhat high cost of some maintenance and repair worker companies, can be improved. Overall highly highly recommend to everyone.
