Great customer service, would definitely recommend 10/10!!!!!

We went to Jorge (the owner) few days ago (March 2024) with an urgent order, without an appointment and without too much time, and he arranged everything and did a TERRIFIC job, finishing it sooner and with great quality (check the pic!) The price... unbeatable! I recommend this site 110%; for sure they gained a client and for sure we will be back! Thanks Jorge! AE & NdB

I LOVE THIS COMPANY!!! A TRUE BLESSING TO ME!!!

My elderly friend (93) had made a rough book that she had written for her family and she only wanted it to be spiral bound. First we went to Office Depot. They wanted $389 dollars to put 4 spirals on her already printed out books with a 72 hour turn around time. Appalled, we opted not to go for their services and googled alternatives in their parking lot. We came across this amazing little shop and decided to give them a call. From the moment they answered the phone they were so sweet and funny! They thought I was joking about the $389 and jokingly quoted $299!🤣 They said seriously, we usually charge $3 for the spiral including labor. We got there as fast as we could. They welcomed us in and immediately we were just like family. We joked and laughed while they worked on my friends project. Her eyes lit up, she wasn’t being swindled she was elated. They even offered for her to not pay since she had been treated so unfairly at other places. She refused. If you are ever looking for a place to be treated like family and want a fair price for the projects that you need done PLEASE give this adorable family owned print shop a try. You will not regret it!!!!

Jorge at OCD print is phenomenal. When I needed medical records printed, all the other print shops were charging a ridiculous amount he charged 1/4 of their prices. Recently we needed obituary printed Jorge helped layout and design our obituary. He worked on it on the weekend and made sure we had them ready. Never once worrying about collecting money, he just cared. Shop local it’s worth it.

My experience with Our City Designs with was nothing short of exceptional. George and his team were extremely helpful with both answering all of my questions as well as providing insight for the particular job at hand. Plus they also provided a great quality product with a fast turnaround time. The images on our sublimation Tumblers came out vibrant and exactly the way I hoped they would. I would definitely use their services again.

I needed 10,000 flyers rushed to me within about 18 hours- this team was phenomenal and got it all done with high quality and great communication!! Definitely saved the day. Would highly recommend and will use again (hopefully with more notice next time LOL!)

Really impressed with the professionalism and commitment of helping me get my vision look on a printed picture on my graduation cap. They were willing to help me find a way and make it customized to my expectations. Even gave me other options to customize it more by adding extra detail or writing on my grad cap. They did a great job, fast work and great price. Couldn't say enough good things about this place. Definitely recommend for customization.

Just fast and perfect! I went to San Antonio Texas for vacation and I left my Family vacation shirt in Florida… I sent them a message and they answer me back fast and maid my shirt in les than one hour. Good shirt quality and de print design looks perfect.
