WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
Do not use this place ! Worst and Terrible customer services!
I booked an appointment and went into a meeting - when I tried to return their I missed calls they had blocked me!
I got through on witheld number and the woman just shouted at me when I asked why! She was so rude I was shocked and disgusted at the way she spoke to me!
Worst customer service ever! Who blocks a customer because they couldn’t answer the phone and scream at them! ?

Worst massage I ever had. The lady doing it has no idea how to respond to their clients saying it is too much pressure and instead does what she thinks is right which has left me with pain and inflammation in my back.
She also left the room multiple times and didn’t make an effort to be quiet or provide relaxing experience.
This is all about money and not about your well-being. They’re only interested in male clients it seemed.
The place is dirty and not relaxing at all.
First red flag was I was Made to pay before I received the treatment. I wish I walked out there and then.

I had a 60 min massage, it was excellent. It was just enough pressure, felt like a physio session! I find these massages the most effective. unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the lady that did it.

A proper thai massage. Very hard and very good. I had a full body one for 45min. Went so fast and afterwards felt like newborn! Thank you!!!!

What horrible treatment!! I was asked to pay by card and I did (my bank gave my a notification) but because it didn't come through to them that second they refused to give me a massage! So rude and unprofessional.
I still have not received a refund two weeks later.

Highly recommend this place! Very good located free parking just around the corner. Lovely staff, very professional and made you feel very comfortable. Got some nice green tea after :)

Got shouted at when card reader wouldn't work before massage (found it unusual paying before also + she added £2 as didn't pay in cash!).Got undressed ready for massage and shouted at again so got dressed & left! Was very upsetting, she was aggressive, preoccupied & unbelievably rude 🥺.
