My review and experience relates to DieselGate claims.
The size of the contract was ridiculous and the amount of information requested increased significantly, from "simply enter your registration", over time.
On the positive side, I was contacted via email and called to remind me that the deadline was approaching and that I needed to provide the additional information.
However, I was unable to gather the most recently request information - which had increased (again) to include financial details related to the acquisition of the cars - within the required timescales.
Whether my experience and frustration is typical of diesel emmission claims through other solicitors, I'm not sure, but it was not a good experience from my perspective.
I used this firm for the sale of my deceased father’s house as I had probate. Joanne had already dealt with alterations to my father’s will before he passed and was great.
Jennie dealt mostly with the conveyancing and the service was amazing. It was a difficult time for me, with my father passing away and lockdown interfering with progress of the sale, but Jennie was always on hand to answer queries. It was also a difficult sale due to complications with Registry over the land but again Jennie was very supportive and offered solutions and acted on them promptly.
Completion was also difficult but Joanne dealt with that speedily and professionally.
I would highly recommend this firm. Not only are they extremely professional and thorough but they are also friendly and personable, never too far away when you need them and nothing is too much trouble.
