Burt does not care how your surgery goes, he only cares about the money he takes in. This surgeon is unskilled and has a huge ego since his brother is more successful. If you want results that make you happy, DO NOT USE BURT GREENBERG.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Gardens Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery Center and was treated by Dr. Burt Greenberg. I cannot express enough how exceptional my experience was from start to finish.
Dr. Greenberg has an incredible personality that immediately puts you at ease. He took the time to thoroughly explain the procedures and answer all my questions, demonstrating not only his vast knowledge but also his genuine care for his patients. His skill set is truly amazing; the procedures went smoothly, and the results were fantastic with minimal scarring.
One of the most impressive aspects was Dr. Greenberg's availability and responsiveness. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze and his assistant Peggy was always available for questions. Additionally, Dr. Greenberg followed up with me several times after the procedure to ensure everything was healing properly, to make sure I was comfortable, and to address any concerns I might have had. This level of dedication and follow-up care is rare and greatly appreciated.

Horrible experience! I reached out to Dr Greenberg about a fraxel procedure. First off, Dr Greenberg doesn’t do the fraxel procedure, an esthetician named Liz who graduated from the Brittany Beauty Academy in March 2019 does lol. They did not mention that on the phone. Greenberg wasn’t even in the building. Greenberg uses his machine, his name and his nice office and Liz from there Beauty Academy does the Fraxel procedure, and she’s not very good at it.
The fraxel machine Greenberg has is the 1927/1550 dual. Liz tells me she’s going to set it for fine lines and do the procedure at the 1927 setting, actually the 1927 setting is for pigment and the 1550 setting is for lines or scars. So right off the bat I know she doesn’t know how to operate the machine.
Now weeks out from having it done I have major hyperpigmentation and my skin looks so much worse then before. All she did was apply a massive amount of heat under the skin that caused damage. I got a slight crust that came off after 2 days and now almost 2 months out my face is still red from all the massive heat she put into my face because she doesn’t know the proper settings. An ablative full-field CO2 laser would leave someone red for this long not fraxel when done correctly. I’m now being treated by my dermatologist who was astounded by the amount of redness and hyperpigmentation i have. I’ve had the procedure done several times in the past, but this was my first and last time with Liz.
My skin looks rougher and worse since allowing her to do this procedure. All sun spots still here, some ever darker now. Hyperpigmentation all over! Texture worse, and red….I’m not talking rosary pink cheeks.
I would not go again, even if it was free. Don’t be lured in by Specials, and given a false sense of skill based off reviews written by friends.
Horrible experience! It’s unfair practices, Greenberg using his name as a Plastic Surgeon while having someone from there Beauty Academy preform the procedure.
Actually based on state law and code of ethics, Laser use must be performed under the “direction and supervision” of licensed physicians. An aesthetician can fire a laser only for the purpose of hair removal. If you’d had issues like I’ve had, consider contacting an attorney.
In my opinion a doctor should be evaluated on two levels. First his skills to heal and secondarily his ability to empathize and communicate (bedside manner) with that patient . Dr. Greenberg passes with high marks on both levels..
Dr. Burt Greenberg and his staff are amazing. They are compassionate and truly care about you as a person. They are always helpful. Answer your questions timely and completely. They go above and beyond to help you, be there for you. Dr. Greenberg is available essentially round-the-clock to answer questions and provide guidance. Dr. Greenberg did an amazing job with my breast reduction surgery. I am very pleased. I highly recommend Dr. Greenberg!!!

Did Fraxel here. I live in Brooklyn, but drove out here because it's so much more affordable to do lasers in Long Island than in NYC. I was so impressed with the office and the staff. You won't regret having a treatment done here, highly recommend.

The office is so peaceful, beautifully decorated, and most importantly clean. I appreciated their approach to safety (now more than ever). Peggy mailed my numbing cream for my Fraxel treatment to help ensure the procedure was as comfortable as possible. Lizbeth walked me through the process and set very clear expectations on healing and best practices. She was very patient and made sure I comfortable and totally informed. Overall I was very satisfied with my service and will certainly be back.
Dr. Greenberg is the best plastic surgeon I have been to. As a Pharmacist, I was glad I chose him to do my nose. He did a wonderful job and I will always use him in the future.
Dr. Greenberg did an excellent job repairing a nasty chin laceration sustained by my son after a bad fall. We are very grateful to him for accepting the call to come to the emergency room late on a Sunday night in the middle of this pandemic. Thank you Dr. Greenberg!!
I went in to Dr. Greenberg to get fraxel laser on my face for my brown spots. I had two treatments about 5-6 months apart (although he suggested 4 weeks apart if I remember correctly). I’ll admit that I’m
super sensitive to pain so wasn’t looking forward to it. Yes, it was uncomfortable but a couple of hours later I was fine. My skin acted just as he told me it would. I would get a sunburned look and sensation and then a few days later I’d notice flaking and peeling. I am happy to say that my skin is gorgeous, glowing and 95% of my spots are gone! I look about 15 younger! I have one stubborn spot that lightened up a lot but alas it’s not completely gone. I am very happy with my results! Dr. Greenberg is top-notch in his knowledge, work and bedside manner. He called as he said he would to ask how I was doing and if I had any concerns, which I did not. I highly recommend him! His staff is also great and very attentive. I’ll be back at some point to finish this last spot off!
I have needed Dr Greenberg for my kids 4 times for stitches. He is Great with the kids and does such a wonderful job. I always have his number for emergencies and he always answers right away. I would highly recommend him!
