I came to get a Double Whopper Combo with mozzarella sticks instead of fries. I still got charged for both fries and mozzarella sticks which I was like yk what idc. Not a big deal. I had asked for the sandwich to be plain, and I got home, and it wasn't. Again, not that big of a deal. I decided to go back. I told the lady at the window the mistake and she had me pull in a spot and wait. She came out not too long later and apologized and I checked the buger and its now no longer a double, but a single instead. Im not going to pull back around, way to much driving around just to eat. Its just overall disappointing that such a simple order gets messed up over and over
We went through the drive thru literally one minute before closing. Krystal was so sweet and accommodating!! We told her we did not need to eat there not realizing they were closing
and it was OK and we knew they were trying to get outta there. She told us it was perfectly fine and took our order. What great customer service!! Thank you to you and your team for feeding us!!đđđ
Went here to buy my family if 4 food. There was no one there other than us inside or out. The man jonnie in the drive through had an attitude when taking my order and was not pleasant. We ordered 2 jr whopper meals a brisket whopper meal and a jr brisket whopper meal. We had no brisket on either burger. So i paid more for the specialty sandwich and did not get it. I also asked to replace my fries with cheesy tots. I was told no. Burger king either it is my way or its not? Figure it out. The other burger kings can do it so why is this location different? I wont return
I was there few minutes ago, I drive a big truck, as itâs big I parked and go by walk to order food but the problem was that they didnât take my order because I didnât drive through. After I came again with my big truck to order food they took my order. I donât know why they didnât take my order by walk. This is first problem that I met.
Second problem is that I ordered medium size of fries, when I got my order I got only few fries inside of medium size package. Also, they put very dry cheese and itâs was not cutting. The girl who is working there I donât her name but she was very disrespectful, laughing at me, not listened to me, not giving right order, I was very disappointed with this place, especially with that girl. I never will come to this place ever again. Donât buy food and donât use their customer services. Itâs trash!!!! Be safe and donât waste your time and money with this kind of place and people!!!!
