Went thru drive thru and used a coupon. They didn't take the coupon off. The cashier told manager it wasn't right. He was rude and ask me for coupon and did I tell them I had one when ordering. Yes , I told him and he turns around and ask the guy who took my order and he said yes she said she had a coupon and gave information. Well he ask for coupon but I had given it already to cashier, he couldn't find it, I told him what the coupon was , he became really irate and told me to pull up. While I was talking he threw 4.00 at me and slammed the window shut. He was the manager. Will never return there and the food was even cold, but I had enought of him and threw it away. Wish I had corporates email address. Will search for it. They need to fire this manager which was no kid . Man in his 50's . Would give a big Zero !!

Stood at counter 7 mins before acknowledged. Bought 2 for $5 Bacon egg and cheese croissants. And 3 peice French toast stick. Took 6 mins to get it after I ordered it. It sat in the warmer. No manager. If there was they wasn't professional enough to tell.
Also the counter and dining area completely disgusting!!! Food left on floor probably from several days. Damn near every table was Nasty! GERM CENTRAL!

Food was great, service was not. Sunday morning older lady was so rude. I pulled up and she basically screamed, “Hold on we’re just now opening” . I politely waited, ordered, payed and she had me pull forward. (I understand I needed to wait for my food). When she gave it to me she practically shoved it in my face and walked away, didn’t say a word. :(

They always taste great and decent price with a coupon for two sandwiches. Most fast food is the price of one meal. When I stop @ burgerking its for two.

There is always this old rude lady there. Someone get her fired or replaced. Absolutely rude for no reason with a terrible attitude. How is she going to yell at us and scream “seriously!?”. Completely unprofessional.

Food was good and fresh, made as we ordered it so it took a few minutes, but still less than 5. Cashier was a little confused at any order that contained more than a combo, but she was nice and persistent in trying to figure it out so the kitchen could keep kitchen-ing.

They always get the order wrong after taking 15mins and if you call up there and tell them they deny it take the extra time and go to a different one or just another restaurant
