Bull Mountain Outdoor Living installed a new Timber Tech composite deck and handrails using the Classic Composite posts and rails with the horizontal cable system and it turned out beyond our expectations, also we had them install Cap Island lights, lantern lights and accent lights on the posts giving us the soft ambiance of the LED lights and night along with all of our steps. Bull Mountains other crew installed stone along our foundation, front porch and all of our columns as well with caps and it just made the front and side of our house absolutely beautiful. J and David were exceptionally professional and very accommodating throughout the entire process and it was a pleasure to work with J's crews as well. We would very much recommend Bull Mountain Outdoor Living for any type of decking, screen in porch or hardscape projects that future clients may want for their homes. Would love to give them 10 stars if I could.

I have had BMOL do multiple jobs at our house. We had a retaining wall issue that needed some TLC. We workers completed the job timely but did not like how the work looked when completed. They came back and took it all apart to make sure it was done correctly. There were multiple retaining wall caps that weren't secured down and they came out to correct that issue. I have just had some low voltage lighting troubleshooting completed. It was more detailed than I thought and they had it working in no time. If there were appointment issues, they kept me informed and do a VERY professional job. I would venture to say that their pricing is competitive but also worth the customer service I receive.

I have had many projects at my home and have never before seen a construction crew work so well together. They were not only polite and respectful; you could tell they really enjoyed working with each other. That is a rarity these days. The deck is beautiful, and I look forward to sitting in the shade on the hot, sunny days and plan my next project with Bull Mountain Outdoor Living. Everyone with this business is extremely cordial. This doesn't mean they're not corrupt. Plan on subcontractor on top of subcontractor, where no one wants to accept responsibility. When this happens expect the 2 owners to remind you "that you sign a contract". Oddly enough the contract doesn't apply to BMOL, only the homeowner. Below are the tree roots and existing french drain that was was supposed to be removed prior to the cement pad being installed. Ended up having to ask BMOL to complete what one side of the retaining wall (blocks not staggered, but should be) and leave the property.

Hi Lynn, thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your frustrating experience and understand how the subcontractor issues and incomplete work caused concern. Your comments about the contract and project expectations are important, and we’ll review our processes to prevent this from happening in the future. We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention, and we hope to have the opportunity to address them and improve our service for all clients. Your feedback helps us hold ourselves accountable. My concern also is the fact that over a year went by out any type of communication from either you or your husband in regards to what would be considered warranty work. Caps on walls are not staggered on the blocks themselves as caps provide no structure on to finish off the top of the wall as we and other contractors who build walls have been doing this for decades. In regards to the roots, these were a unknown and were not given good direction where you guys had the trees removed and went way beyond removing as many as we could find and dispose of without any type of additional charge. You told us to leave the property after we were completed with everything, not exactly certain why, you signed a contract for almost double the amount that you were invoiced and little by little you took projects away and decided not to do them after you signed a legal contract and our pricing is based on the more work that you have us do the better pricing you will receive and I did not even adjust our pricing for the items that were completed. Quite honestly I'm not certain why you wrote this negative review in the first place, you did not reach out to me personally either by phone, text or email if you would have any concerns that you had could have been handled very friendly, now after over a year you are attacking me and my company unjustly. Not very fair at all.

They installed a waterfall but did it wrong — poor slope and lining. Now rainwater washes mud and mulch into it, clogging the pump, which no longer works. We’ve been waiting 5 months for them to fix it, but they keep making excuses and never show up. They’ve been paid and won’t make it right.

Bull Mountain is a class-act construction company. They built a screened-in porch in our backyard and the quality is top notch! From the very start, everyone was great to work with. The salesperson, J, was informative and not pushy, the office person, Barbie, kept you informed along the way, and the site supervisor, David, made sure we were 100% happy in the end. The on-site workers were courteous and were there working hard every day. Very happy with our finished product.

I'd recommend any customer beware of the guy driving the burgundy Chevolet truck. First experience was him on the highway driving like a maniac, getting on my wife's bumper laying on the horn a few weeks ago which she sent me pictures of the logo on the back of the truck. I intended to let the situation go until I had an encounter with him as well a couple weeks later flying down a side street over the speed limit in Rock Hill not far from their business office as if he owned the place causing myself and others to scramble and get out the road. Certainly making a name for themselves and word of advise is to not drive like a mad man with a business name all over your truck. Update. I'll change my review but in the future please keep this guy under watch.

Hello Mr. Stevenson, I am very sorry to hear your bad driving experience with one of our employees. We always teach and strive for safe driving with all of our employees. I believe I know who you are referring to. If its the employee I think it is, he got a call from one of his children that they were seriously injured and needed his help. I am not trying to make any excuses for the employee, however I can understand maybe why he was driving faster than he should have been. As you can see we have a perfect 5 star google reviews as well as we have an A+ rating with the BBB and recently we were voted as one of the best companies to work for in Rock Hill SC. Google reviews are intended for customers who have used us not for reporting traffic violations. If you would please remove your review.
