I have dealt with numerous insurance companies over the years from doing insurance work, to needing insurance cover and none of them even come close to BuiltIn. All of our close industry contacts are covered by BuiltIn. After needing to make a claim recently, Ben and his team handled it beautifully navigating what could have been a real disaster in a way it just turned into another day at the office. 10/10

I have investigated your complaint and understand that your circumstances have recently changed and we are no longer able to find affordable cover as a result. I acknowledge that our staff did not initially pick up that some details had changed, which they apologised for and corrected once you brought it to our attention.
