Mo did a thorough job inspecting my garden for pests.He was knowledgeable about rat problems.He talked to the neighbours who had also had rat damage and put bait in the necessary places.The company kept me informed about when the contractor was coming .It may be another month until I can be sure that the rats have been completely eradicated but I am hopeful

My cats recently had fleas and before it could turn into an infestation in my home, I found Bugwise pest control. I was initially hesitant given my lack of knowledge and experience around the situation. I wasn’t sure which company was reliable etc. However, having read really good reviews, I agree! The owner of the company was really helpful and he assisted me right away. He gave the right advice around my circumstances and conducted the visits in a professional manner. He knew exactly what he was doing. I would definitely recommend! You won’t regret it :))

Prompt and excellent service. I would thoroughly recommend. Mo Samir is very professional and friendly manner and answered all my questions. The problem was solved. Mo found the problem and put a new cover on the drain so the mice were not able to travel up. He also examined the property and did what he needed to do. Read positive reviews about Bugwise online, gave them a call, spoke to Mo (top guy) who calmed me down about the rat and mice invasion in my parents house. He came round and set to work and quickly eradicated 30+ years of these pest, we are very happy with the results. Thanks Mo for understanding our plight. If anyone is experiencing a pest problem you will never solve the problem yourself, you need to get the professionals in.

Phoned them up on the Monday, here next day, treated nest, wasps gone next day, no sign of them now. Excellent service.
