dr.Morris did a thorough and professional job fixing my cavity. His office staff called to remind me of my second appointment time. And I thought the first time was a
mistake on my part, so I didn’t show up for it. They charged me $50 for a missed appointment. That’ll teach me.
I love going to the dentist. Who says that. All the people are wonderful from the front desk to the hygienist and to my favorite DR. MORRIS. If it wasn't for him I would not have teeth. I'm blesses to have found them.
I have to say that I didn’t feel any pain and I like Dr. Rosenbaum, he’s confident and the best in his field, this residencies with me because it reminds me of me, he will crack a little joke here and there and it just reminds me of me.
My first visit, it was a consultation concerning a couple of failing implants I've had for 13-14 years. I wasn't optimistic that I would have favorable options. I was wrong, Dr. Morris was up-beat and reassuring that he could help. My only question was, when can you start? The response was, as soon as next week. I said let's do it. I left feeling very confident that I'm in good hand with Dr. Morris and his team.
I opted to proceed with the treatment plan Dr. Morris and Ana presented. Ana, Coordinator is very professional, precise, confident, to the point, and knowledgeable, all helpful attributes.
My second and third visits, were for impressions. Lab Tech, Orley takes the time to explain what she's doing (I appreciate that), very pleasant, and skilled at her work (I really appreciate that!). By-the-way, the lady at the front desk, is awesome! On my first visit, I didn't follow my GPS and I couldn't find the office. I called and she actually ask me what kind of car I was driving, then went in the parking lot and waved me in. I haven't seen service like that since the President Kennedy Administration (early 1960's)!
Team work personified, is what I've seen so far.

I had an emergency, Nov 11th broke what was left of my failing bridge, I thought I'd have to cancel our trip to Hawaii, Nov 19th called Ana, she got me in to see Dr. Chinn. Miraculously some how he was able to repair it! My wife and I could not be happier! We'll be spending our 30th anniversary in Hawaii thanks to Dr. Chinn and this out standing team of dental solution finders!

Follow-up visit for yesterdays surgery (at local Oral Surgeon), everything is looking good. Dr. Morris' Team works good with the Oral Surgeon, everything went seamlessly.
Needed to have a retainer replaced that was damaged by my dog. The office made immediate arrangements to set up an appointment by the next morning. I came in had a mold made for a new retainer by the tech, and picked it up later the same day. It fit and looked perfect. I was very happy with the results and how accommodating and professional everyone was!!

Had a crown put into today. Fit perfect and feels great! Just a job well done. All the people in the office are nice. Dr. Spina is very knowledgeable and explains everything. Just a wonderful experience from a person that doesn't like having dental work done. Highly recommend.

I must add that he’s more; He’s a humanist! He takes the time to explain to the patient the who what what why when and how to the patient so everyone is on the same page regarding the restorative and prostishis work that lay ahead.
Any bill pricing questions he brings in the AR/Billing Technician to assist with questions. When we were considering widening the scope of the type of Dentures I have AND Unrelated gum issues; I was referred to an excellent& experienced Periodontist Dr Joshua Hassan of PerioDontics Glenview. Whom, i’d recommend for that type of work.
Regarding Dr Dr Chen, a year is a fair amount of time given the frequency that I’ve seen him to evaluate his Professional acumen, character. Honesty, reliability, ability to navigate different types of problems and know when to hand a patient off to a different type of professional.
I fully recommend without reservation R Chen as a Prostihis Dentist. His nurse MICHELLE, provided the highest caliber service and engaged me in interesting conversation aaide from necessary questions.

11/07/23 I have the need for extensive and expensive teeth and mandible work to be done post trauma. The whole team takes the time and not only explains what my options are, but what the possible consequences are of cutting corners in treatment. It is made clear to me these may not happen, but the possibility does exist. The more extensive treatments are also explained in detail and what their benefits are as well. I was under no pressure to make a choice of treatment and I am given time to come to a decision on my own. This post trauma care is a considerable investment and I need time to consider my options. Not one single treatment team member was pressuring me to make a choice. Just take the treatment information given me and decide the best course of action I use. They gave me the information I needed and the room to make up my own mind. Now that’s being a professional.

I am a long term patient of Dr. Morris. Due to severe facial trauma in my teens from a MVA I have special needs for dental care. My pain spread to new areas today and with a phone call was seen several hours later to determine the cause. This practice is extremely aware of patient needs and responds extremely fast when I was in crisis.

I was in for a cleaning and some hybrid implant management. I received the same excellent care and treatment I’ve grown to expect from the entire staff. From the front desk, the hygienist, to Dr. Morris himself. When they’re taking care of me as a patient, their attention is 100% on me. None of this multi-tasking business is occurring. I get my money’s worth every time.

Care and check up today. I set the bar fairly high and as expected both Agnes and Dr. Morris’s level of care reached it. My care was both precise and thorough. I have significant dental issues and do thorough care. Agnes discussed my approach to this care to make sure it continued to be appropriate. Both her and Dr. Morris spoke with me after cleaning to fill me in on what the next course of action need be and the timeline in which it need happen. Both giving support and answering questions even if I didn’t want to hear it. That’s clear communication.
I have been a patient of Dr. Morris for a long period of time. I find his office staff is very accommodating. Dr. Morris is very knowledgeable in his specialty.
I have been coming here for years. The staff is super friendly. Dr Morris does incredible work and makes you feel super comfortable. Very down to earth.
