This was the 1st time I had ever been in here & Melissa the attendant was AWESOME! The laundromat I usually go to wasn't opened due to tree falling on their building from the recent storm & the attendant there told me about Bud's when I asked her about another location! I went to a location on quince @ kirby before finding out about Bud's & would NEVER ever go there again as nothing like yorkshire laundromat or Bud's laundromat imo! Bud's was clean & Melissa was very friendly & helpful! I couldn't of asked for better customer service! Melissa made me feel welcomed like a valued customer! I highly recommend Bud's like I highly recommend Yorkshire laundromat as both of these 2 are AWESOME & believe in customer service!! Thks Melissa for your help & telling me about other services yall offer!!

The pick up wash and fold is an excellent service and very reasonable. Staff is friendly and does a great job. Used them several times and always got 100% of my laundry back nicely folded in a cool reusable bag.

I'm here today and they are getting the floor done again and the owner has called the police on me put me out of the establishment because they are doing the floors on a busy day. Walked in my face talked crazy to me so I put my clothes in the washer and told him I will never do business here again.

Beware of this car wash. The vacuum and air freshener machine will either take your money or the fragrance is empty or the vacuum is broken. Save yourself the hassle!!!

I feel like this place is not making as much money as it could. Not one dollar or credit card machine worked in their self wash bays. Some were completely out of service. I luckily had a few quarters to half way wash my car.

The instructions could be better, it charged me $10 when I swiped my card, didn't say what the fee was, but then turned off after 1 min and asked for more money for each thing I turned it to. I recommend only using cash and feeding it a $1 at a time for each phase you need. Outside of that did well with the wash and wax and I was able to get the bugs off.

Hey there, it sounds like there was a malfunction on that swiper. We had an error on one of them this week, I truly apologize about that. It has a minimum of $3 for 8 minutes but should only charge what you use after that. I appreciate the instructions critique and I am working on more signage now with better contact ability. I tried to wash my truck yesterday and put $10 in the Machine to get a basic wash and it never did anything and it took my money I’ve tried calling the number on the website but no one will answer the phone this is a ripoff😡 Think I’ll report this for sure

I normally never have issues with this car wash but tonight I went and paid 14.00 for a car wash and didn’t receive a wash. I also didn’t see a number to call or anything posted. I love this place and I’m hoping that someone reaches out to make this right.
