Poor communication. The website used to deliver to NJ and without notice they just stopped delivering. Been ordering from them since 2022 & while the products keep improving, The service is extremely poor. Drivers eta are NEVER ACCURATE. But they expect you to wait for them and be ready when they are..you guys set an expectation and havent met them ever since…so much for doing good by your “lotalty” customers
