Unfortunately it cannot be used in the central area. At Caffe Shakerato it was closed on Saturdays and Sundays, and at Red N' Caffe I arrived at 09.45 and they said that will serve breakfast only from 10.00. I returned at 10.00 and they said that not serve with Budapest breakfast card until after 11.00. You practically have nowhere to use it in the Vaci area.
