Our reputation, service, and pricing all speak for themselves and we DO NOT need any fake reviews to show that. We do not know what "hidden fees" you are referring to, we are a cleaning company that charges a fixed price for your property depending on the size ,condition and what needs to be done. and the online booking tool is as straight forward as it gets to provide you with pricing ! We check with every client before leaving the property if there's anything needs to be addressed, and therefore if there's anything needs to be done, we get it done before leaving the property. This review hurts our reputation, and considering seeing 2 likes on it within 10 minutes makes us think that the pure intentions of putting this review is to hurt our reputation, and that also makes us think that this is a fake review. We do offer money back guaranteed for non-satisfactory jobs, here's our phone number (800)997-4360 so you could give us a call and claim your FULL refund. We'll be waiting for you call !!.
