Their truck driver blocked my legally parked car. I calmly told him that if he needed space, he could’ve just asked and I would’ve moved, or at least pulled forward so I could safely get out. Instead, he refused to move and said I had to say “please” first. When his supervisor came, he just laughed.
This is unacceptable behavior. Customer service was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Worst experience — I do not recommend.
Prices are way too high, and the service is absolutely terrible. Expect to wait forever while the employees stand around on their phones or hang out doing nothing. This was a very bad experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I required a warranty replacement for my AO Smith water heater, and upon arrival, I was informed that they are too busy and I should come back another day. Nevertheless, Lisa stepped in when she learned of my situation. She enthusiastically assisted me, despite being her first warranty customer. Lisa sought guidance from a supervisor, whom I believe was named Rene, to ensure the smooth handling of the process. She demonstrated exceptional competence in managing what appeared to be a complex procedure. I eagerly anticipate future interactions with them, as their commitment to delivering outstanding customer service was truly remarkable.

Ordering ahead the day before is useless. Came to pick the stuff up to wait a hour and change for the prefab place to open to get the piece needed for first thing in the morning. All was paid for on a account, there is no reason why all material was not ready as the main opened at 7am. Needless to say the entire day is behind schedule now. Piece was ordered the day before at 1130 am, 5 hours before closing and still not ready so thanks a lot
