Tom and Pat were truly professional in every way. They gave us estimates for repair work that needed to be submitted to the power company contractor, and a second estimate to repair our entire driveway. They kept us informed, did what they said they would do despite the week of bad weather. These people care and keep their word. We highly recommend to you.

the crews were very cooperate. The crack sealing crew took their time and filled just about every crack. They then looked back to see the cracks were the material settled down and needed a little more material. The concrete crew did a excellent job very nice finish on concrete, Good clean up. I would never suggest doing business with these people. They hide , lie and are shady ! One of there trucks was going down the highway and there equipment was not secured properly. A shovel came off there truck at 60 mph and hit my car. Damaging it I was able to get there driver to pull over who admitted he was wrong and he gave me the office number to call the get it fixed. They dodged my calls untill I was finally able to get through. They apologized said they’re insurance would handle it now they are denying it ever happened. If they can’t take responsibility for damage they cause in an accident, imagine what they will try to get away with when something goes bad on a job.

We had Brothers repave our two communal parking lots a couple years ago in Reston. I've waited to post this review until now to make sure the work was of the quality and condition we required. I will say that Brothers exceeded our expectations in every aspect of the project. From the bidding process, to the pre-inspection, on-site work, and post-inspection, Bros was very professional and responsive. Charles was intimately involved in our project and ensured everything was done to specifications. We also had a significant grade leveling issue that they did as planned and exactly within budget. I as an HOA president who had to be accountable for this overall project, I give Brothers Paving a full 5 Star review and we will work with them in the future for maintenance and repair. I'll also add that we have a number of handicapped people in our community and the Brothers work crew helped them to get to their community van and navigate the active work site and escort them safely to where they needed to go, such as getting their mail. If I could, I'd recommend more than 5 stars.

So my cul-de-sac was paved so terribly! It looks like a private driveway for my neighbor. No proper measurements were taken. Brian Williams him self told me to mark the ground that I wanted paved since they didn't measure properly. But by no surprise that wasn't paved. Where I asked to paved they just push more rocks there. Didn't know it took rocket science to make it round like it's supposed to be. Not mention this is the main bus stop...

We hired Brothers paving to replace several sidewalks in our community, and also to grind many edges that were uneven, and dangerous. Concrete crew was amazing, they went walked the extra mile to do an excellent job! We are very happy work work done at our community. The amount of time it took to plan the logistics of our project with the management company was a huge burden for our HOA. In most cases it took multiple emails with 3-5 days between responses, phone tag, and 2 separate re-scheduling (day-of due to rain) before we could get our community painted (over 7 months from start to finish). In our 2-day painting job, they messed up the instructions to the crew and painted our reserved stencils in the wrong spot, which had to get remediated as part of our second day of painting. All in all, very glad the project is over. While quality of the paint job looks good, from a planning and execution perspective working with Brothers Paving was a nightmare.

Village Case HOA sought out a company for a strategic milling and repayment plan and Charles and team went above and beyond. Proactively communicated the schedule (went door to door) and announced any adjustments when needed due to weather. Job was done on schedule and received multiple compliments from the residents
