I'd like to thank Bross n Frankel for taking my case I had complications from my major surgery along with Pectoral Flap surgery. Along with other ailments. I won on initial application whatever you or I did we proved our case. Thank you very much. I know you didn't get any payment cause there was no appeal. But I must say you guys did the right thing and need to be commended. I would have been homeless.

Hey Carl, thanks for the kind words. Sometimes that's the risk we take when we take on cases early. The flip side, is we're always ready to fight when, more often than not, SSA messes something up and we need to push them. I hope you won't hesitate to reach out if you need us in the future!
Called here to possibly speak to a lawyer in reference to my Social Security case, spoke to someone named Brianna gave her all my information and said I would get a call back the same day. It’s four days later never got a callback. Just not a good look for a law firm.

Hi Nicole. You have every right to leave whatever review you feel appropriate but this is not correct. We asked you for a copy of the prior unfavorable decision and told you that we would speak with you as soon as the attorney has an opportunity to review. You never provided that and our team followed up. We cannot review your case without the prior decision.
Don’t bother with this firm. They tell you to circle back with them when you start seeing doctors to file ssdi appeal if you currently have mo health insurance. Disregarding the fact that you only have 60 days to appeal.

Hey Dmitry. I’m very sorry you were upset with our decision that we couldn’t take your case at this time. It’s absolutely true that we don’t believe we can win a claim without medical treatment. That’s not a judgment on you at all. Social security relies on medical treatment to support its claims and it is the tool that we use to shape and advocate for our clients.
I do want to clarify your review, your were never a client of ours and we did not agree to or fail to appeal for you. You called us for a consultation and we determined we weren’t a good fit. I strongly encourage you to consult with other counsel and file any appeal on your own within the deadline
I wish you the best and hope you get the help that you need.

After my SSI application was denied I entered a contract with Bross & Frankel spanning over a year. Since I couldn't work and Cape May County Social Services claimed they were unable to house a disabled person who is assisted by a service dog, I was homeless for 7 months before finally receiving my voucher. Much of my property was damaged beyond repair or stolen by other homeless people, and my health declined so rapidly and drastically that I recently broke multiple ribs and damaged a vertebrae by falling onto my BED. Cooper Hospital in CMCH refused to write a prescription for lidocaine cream covered by Medicaid or any other pain medicine aside from a patch with adhesive when I'm allergic to adhesive and chart mentions this since almost a year and a half ago. In so much agony I tried to protect my ribs on the right side, which didn't inflate when breathing as my video shows, but hurt all the same. Since I was curving toward the right to minimize pain for around a month, my spine began to curve in both the lumbar and thoracic regions. Unable to lay down without agonizing pain that left me screaming until I passed out from exhaustion (which sometimes took over 7 hours) I developed herniation of the spinal disc. I have degenerative disc disease and decreasing bone density among other ailments. My health insurance literally put me into the care management program and we are already looking at the possibility of assisted living in the not-so-distant future. Jennifer was going to be my attorney but I was informed by her paralegal that they refuse to help me earmark medical expenses and replacement have food stamps or resources into my funds from SSI backpayment, despite NJ law permitting them to do so. Iris wanted me to request DHS waive all backpayment contract responsibilities but I am fine with paying them after I set aside my medical expenses and replacement of resources and/or if a future lump sum becomes available even though I signed under duress as a homeless person told I couldn't receive food stamps or general assistance or a voucher unless I agreed to give them a return on their investment. I have never been so shocked as I am right now. Bross & Frankel - callous cruelty when you need them most. 1/5 stars
Don't go anywhere else for a disability lawyer. Jennifer S. along with her team at Bross & Frankel handled my case with complete & professional care. They are prompt with answers for questions you may have through this daunting process making you feel as comfortable as you can be. I couldn't be happier that I chose Bross & Frankel.
