The guy in the front, is fraud when I came for pricing he said tires with 30,000 mile warranty. Once I fix it invoice had no warranty. I was like how can a new tire have no warranty. He backed up saying sorry I can't help it.. just because I trusted him did not check the invoice. Thought let give business to neighborhood store.
Please check ur invoice this guy is cheat.

After being referred here by a neighbor I was nervous about trying a shop other than the dealership! When I called I told them I'd only taken my car to Chevy for repairs because they always guarantee their work. Not only was John patient in explaining and finding the cost for me but he was sure to explain their process, which includes a warranty, to me. Once I decided to go with them not only were they genuine and understanding of my situation but the also found out that I was a single mother struggling through the pandemic and went ABOVE and beyond to make sure I was serviced properly. They also fixed other issues that were very concerning to them without charging me a dime! They were truly amazing, kind, and a blessing! I look forward to working with them again! They also took my appointment last minute and finished it in half the time they estimated it to be finished.

We just used BW Tire for the first time and only to have emissions done on all four of our cars but what is normally a very mundane process was delightful. Their technician (with the NY accent) was very sweet and accommodating to both myself and my daughters. We will absolutely use them for all our auto needs in the future - so impressed with their level of service!

I just had this shop install 4 new tire on my vehicle. They did an outstanding job and I was away from the shop in less that an hour. The waiting room was clean and clear of clutter. A big screen TV and comfortable chairs. The shop was totally professional with my service from start to finish. Oh yes, they are very competitive on price and labor rates for their area of the county. They earned my 5 Star Rating!

Excellent service! They were happy to squeeze me in. I had a tire go bad on a Friday night, and they were able to fit me in on that Saturday. They replaced all four tires and replaced a bad TPMS sensor. A good job was done on the balancing, rides smooth.

I had my brother-in-law's car towed to this shop on the recommendation of AAA auto club after it lost all its transmission fluid on the highway. The owner called us back to report that the lower transmission coolant hose was busted and the connector on the radiator was stripped. According to their evaluation, we needed a new hose and a new radiator. They quoted us $840.00 for the repairs. That seemed excessive, so we told them we would retreive the car and repair it later. I went online to AutoZone and found the radiator priced at $178.99 and the hose for $19.99. We bought both parts and did the repairs ourselves. It turned out that nothing was wrong with the hose (we didn't replace it) and the radiator replacement was also unnecessary (we had to go ahead with replacing that). The stripped fitting could have been replaced without replacing the entire radiator. The shop charged us $106.00 for the ultimately incorrect diagnosis. My brother-in-law drove the car from Snellville to Miami after we repaired it. This shop is as crooked as the letter Z. Someone else without the skill, however basic, to attempt the repair themselves would have been taken to the cleaners. I strongly suggest you take your business elsewhere.

Hi Vincent . We are glad to hear the diagnosis from our technician got your brother in law to Miami . We wouldn’t have wanted to do a patch repair as we heard there had and was going to be a lot of miles on the vehicle . We stand by our work and that’s why we have a 24/24 coast to coast warranty . If you had the necessary repairs done at our shop it would have had that extra (no cost to you ) insurance policy if any of the parts would have failed. Sadly , instead of calling us and airing concern , you took to social media not airing all the facts . We diagnosed the vehicle and the choice was made, after the estimate was given , to not have the work done . What was paid for was a diagnostic that as any customer pays as a check out fee . We are a business and businesses function on making money . Comparing prices to doing work yourself and us selling you a service cannot be compared . Once again , we are glad the diagnostic led you guys into fixing it yourself and everyone is safe . Merry Christmas .
This shop is right around the corner from where I just purchased my home and I figured I'd give them a try with something minor and that is putting the new rims and tires on my Mercedes,I paid $80 extra dollars then their normal rate to take care of my rims and do it slow and careful since my items were brand new.it was 2 employees working on my car one of them is wonderful and very careful with my items the other looked like he didn't wanna be there he is the one that scratched and chipped my brand new rims I can understand if he was taking the bolts out then yeah only way to avoid scratching is to not use power tools but putting bolts on and u still scratched the rims and chipped them really....,I Definitely won't be going back here nor am i recommending this shop to anyone..thanks for the service and for damaging my 4000 thousand dollar rims...

11/28/18-UPDATE- This was the first time (11/25/18) since 11/9/18 (invoice date) we were made aware of the "scratch" on your rim. You were present the whole time they were being installed and were wiping off the rims as they were mounted back on your vehicle. If there was damage while you were present, it wasn't addressed. It appeared when you left our business you were satisfied and befriended one of our techs.
