Food: was mediocre at best. The burger was terrible, we could not finish it. For some reason it tasted sweet and spoiled. The oxtail mac n cheese barely had meat and the cheese tasted weird.
Service: food for the table took almost an hour! And we barely got water throughout the lunch.
Atmosphere: it was definitely a pretty place but food and service was not the best
I enjoyed my experience at Brooklyn Beso. It was a nice vibe and the service was top notch. The waitress Nicky did an amazing job. Idk who the bartender is but KEEP HIM!!!! those frozen passion fruit margaritas were slap and let's not forget 2-4-1. The other flavors strawberry, mango, coconut, guava, we're all tasty. My favorite is the passionfruit. The wings, calamari, flatbread oxtail pizza, and empanadas were all tasty. The empanadas, taste like little pot pies to me. I also ordered the crowd favorite oxtail and Mac and cheese. I wasn't too crazy about that meal particularly. The Mac and cheese is ok. Other than that definitely worth visiting, and will visit again.
Very disappointing experience at Brooklyn Beso during our pre-Mother’s Day brunch. One of my friends even traveled from Staten Island to attend.
The food quality and customer service were unacceptable. My friend’s steak and eggs arrived cold. After sending it back, the same plate was returned within minutes simply reheated — including the potatoes and tossed salad. The eggs were clearly not freshly made.
The bigger issue was the manager, “Ajo,” whose behavior was hostile, aggressive, dismissive, and extremely unprofessional. Instead of addressing the issue properly, he blamed us for taking pictures before eating, stating, “You all shouldn’t have took pictures prior to eating.” We only took photos for about 5 minutes after our appetizers arrived, which only confirmed the food had clearly been sitting before reaching the table.
At no point did the manager come over respectfully, apologize, or attempt to resolve the situation. His attitude alone ruined the experience.
To be fair, the drinks were good, the mashed potatoes and mac & cheese were tasty, but the salmon was overcooked and the Cajun shrimp dish was underwhelming.
Overall: poor customer service, cold food, hostile management, and not worth the experience. We left and went to Peaches instead.

I use ro be a frequent customer for a couple of years. Tge food quality now is horrible!! I ordered their seafood pasta last night 5/8/2026. It was terrible, salty,oily, and no actual flavor .Im not sure who's in the kitchen nowadays at tgis establishment. It is a waste of money to eat here now! Disappointing.
Cozzo had mac & oxtails. Oxtails was rubbery but mac&cheese was good. I had fries plain wings & deviled eggs. Very disappointed eggs were small/little. Not even medium size eggs. Bill was $115.00. Definitely a one n done for me. Too pricey to not get the money's worth. Service for drink n soda was slow. Food came out pretty fast 😔 😟
Went to celebrate birthday with Twin Sis. Place has a nice vibe ; DJ in the house; great menu. I had wings, Mac and cheese is delicious, along with shrimp and dumpling. Twin Sis enjoyed oxtail pizza , oxtail mac and cheese, and codfish fritters. All very tasty. Two for one mango Sangrias- just right. Only hiccup - wait time to order.

Tisdale was the best server I had in a while he was so attentive and so patient . He made sure we were good throughout the duration of our meals . The best server hands downnnnnnnnnnnn

I actually had a great time there the food was sooooo good and the service too, Tisdale did a good job he cool and provided us a good service.
