Terrible service and no resolution
The service has been incredibly disappointing. After payment, they were quick to ask for proof, but once I reported receiving the wrong part—a 2002 regulator instead of the 2018 one I paid for—things went downhill. It's been a week of excuses and no resolution. There's been no apology or effort to fix their mistake. All I wanted was to exchange the incorrect item for the right part, but nothing has been done. I would not recommend their service to anyone.

Credit not paid out
Goods ordered were not supplied and my account credited. I was not informed why. I asked how the money could be paid back and was pointed to a WITHDRAWAL button on the web page. I completed the process and received a note that the request was pending admin action. Multiple queries by WhatsApp and e-mail on why it cannot be finalised remains unanswered. It remains on PEDING ADMIN ACTION.
I was lookin for parts suppliers on internet and came across BBAP,was amazed of various models parts they stock,first excellent experience was they could supply me with 2009 Nissan G.Livina parts.Great keep it up may your business grow from strength to strength. I'm happy for great customer experience.The part was sent yesterday. Thanks Team Brits Brothers .

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with Brits Brothers Auto Parts.
I've ordered a magnetic grey Ford Ranger Wildtrak rear bumper from then via WhatsApp, confirmed as a grey bumper. When delivered it was actually a black bumper. Request to exchange only triggered a lot of excuses or ignoring messages.
I do not recommend that you use this automotive spares supplier.
Rather do the effort and source parts from elswhere, I will never again support them.
Ended up to respray a new bumper to the correct ordered colour, another R1589 down the drain because they could not supply part as ordered.
They are a big "NO"

To show that you do not take accountability for the poor service.
How is this matter closed?
When I bought the part you expected the payment first so why should that only apply to you? I also need my money before you can collect your grey plastic which I believe it's worthless hence you profited.
Disgusted. Evidence of the "false narrative" attached. When I bought the part it was bought at R333.40 and few days later as can be seen in the photos it was sold for R1365. Yet they say it is a lie. The shocking behavior also communicated.

The courier was dispatched twice to collect the item, and on both occasions the item was not handed over for return. Assistance, inspection, replacement, or refund processes cannot proceed while the product remains in the customer’s possession. That is standard procedure anywhere in the industry.
Claims that the item is “still in stock” are also entirely false. The product is clearly marked as out of stock on our system. Making knowingly inaccurate statements to damage a business reflects poorly on the reviewer, not the company.
We also do not respond to threats or intimidation tactics. Concerns can be raised professionally through our Sales Desk, which exists specifically to resolve disputes and support cases properly.
Twinkie did in fact assist professionally and attempted to facilitate the process correctly, including arranging collections and follow-ups. The delay in resolution stems solely from the failure to return the item when the courier arrived.
At this stage, the matter is closed from our side until the product is physically returned through the agreed process.
As for the “Temu vibes” comparison — we’ll take being compared to a global company operating worldwide as a compliment.

Twinkie guaranteed me she was sending ne genuine toyota side mirrors. When it arrived it was aftermarket rubbish. Was also not packaged properly so it arrived damaged. When asked to replace with the genuine product which she promised, she just said they only have aftermarket.

The original mirrors ordered were the R150 units shown on the website, and the images/listing reflected that they had visible chips/damage. Instead of sending those imperfect used mirrors, we made a goodwill decision to send brand-new replacement mirrors at no extra cost.
Unfortunately, the items appear to have been damaged during courier handling. These mirrors had already travelled internationally in the same packaging without damage, so it is disappointing that they arrived damaged after local courier transit. Courier damage is outside our direct control, but we still tried to assist.
We offered a free replacement, and we also offered the option of receiving the original mirrors that were actually ordered. We believe this was a fair and reasonable attempt to resolve the matter.
We are sorry that the experience did not meet your expectations, but we do not accept the claim that we intentionally misled you or sent the wrong item in bad faith.
