We ordered a few times from Brits Bros and received good service and the parts were correct. However May 29th 2025 we purchased a throttle body for a Peugeot and returned it as it was faulty. Courier Guy tracking stated date and time the faulty part was returned. We have been sending emails to this very day, together with whatsapp to try and obtain the refund ALL TO NO AVAIL. The accounts lady (the wife to one of the directors) kept promising to refund, she is driving to the work or she is busy and will get to it. However 6 months now and STILL NO REFUND. BE WARNED THEY LACK HONESTY AND INTEGRITY.

It was my first time ordering from Brits Bothers Auto and I was not sure if they are legit but to my surprise, the customer service was 100% as they followed me up until I received my parts in which I was more than satisfied with my parts .

I ordered a VW dashboard. It was wrapped with plastics and broken .you can't wrap a dashboard with plastics and Courrier it.it should be in the box not plastics. I don't recommend anyone to buy at Brits spares. I wrote them a complaint email. They replied negatively telling me that the dashboard was in a good condition it is not their responsibility. They told me that I must complain to the delivery person. Brits brothers failed me a lot.

Dashboards are fragile items, and while they are prepared with protective wrapping, we acknowledge that the packaging and shipping method did not meet the standard required for an item of this nature. For that, we sincerely apologise. Regardless of where damage may have occurred, the responsibility to ensure safe delivery ultimately lies with us, and we regret that this was not handled better.

We are also sorry that our previous response did not leave you feeling supported. That was not our intention, and we understand why this added to your disappointment.

T6 Ford Ranger Bonnet | Great Service | Quick Delivery Very happy with the service I received! I urgently needed a T6 Ford Ranger Bonnet. On Monday morning 8 Dec 2025 I made an offer on a bonnet I saw on their website which was accepted and paid for. I received the bonnet on Friday morning 12 Dec 2025 (would have been 11 Dec, but the courier in our town did not make all his deliveries on time - but on Brits Brothers side everything went smoothly, they responded promptly when I sent them messages on WhatsApp! I would highly recommend them for any of your auto parts needed!

uncaring, non-communicative I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Brits Brothers. I purchased a car mirror from them and the item was damaged in transit before it could even be delivered to me. Instead of assisting me properly, I was met with poor communication and a lack of responsibility. When I followed up about receiving a replacement, I was told that the mirror would be sent out the next day. Two weeks have passed and I still have not received anything. I tried contacting the customer service representative Mica who responds with vague messages and does not answer calls or provide clear information. I am left without a mirror which affects my ability to safely use my vehicle and the situation has caused significant inconvenience. There is no sense of urgency, no accountability, and no proper customer support. My experience with Brits Brothers has been frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend them to anyone based on how this matter has been handled.

I did not have a good experience at all. Went for this supplier due to the high reviews, but did not get the same service. Item bought was not the item that arrived. The item was extensively damaged and could not be fitted, brackets were broken off and many other problems. When I contacted them, they did offer to exchange it with much disarray, but I had to organize and pay the courier again. Who has time for this and the money, is this not the reason for shopping online in the first place. The fault was clearly their side, but the tone in which the voice notes came through was also very bad. I had it repaired the best we could at twice the cost of the item, but was just refused any refund or credit. Anyway, good luck to all the other people and hope my bad service was a once off. review: 2025/11/12 I was contacted by the company after my review, and they offered to refund me for the repairs needed on the broken item sent. Thank you to Willem who sorted this out in a very professional manner!
