Feels like family! The entire care team here feels like an extension of our family. The love, patience, and support they show to mom—and all the residents—are truly extraordinary. Their communication is excellent, and I’m consistently amazed by the warmth, friendship, and dedication they bring every day.

Our family is extremely pleased with The Bridges Assisted Living facility. The entire staff is amazing, patient, and professional, which brings our family total peace of mind. It truly feels like a second home for our mom, and she has already made wonderful friends here.We also love the front desk team! The receptionists are always warm and helpful. A special shoutout to Julie—her fun & caring attitude always brightens my day. She is beautiful inside and out. Best wishes to the entire team!

The tour was great. The promises were great. The reality was POOR. After several visits and tours, I placed my mother at the Bridges. Carers were there as a job. Not a vocation. They would "check in" on my mother, but then not come back to bathe her or assist as they promised . She went 6 days with no shower. I had to call. The room cleaning was a hit or miss. Picture a reluctant teen forced to do chores on a Saturday, then you understand. The "gourmet" food was soggy salad, cold main course and veg cooked so long it was no longer green. The dessert was yum. It occurred to me the second floor dining room may get hot food as they are served first. so if you are there, go upstairs. I witnessed residents complain about the food, some "lucky" patrons had their food reheated via the microwave. The server assigned to the area I was in was so rude to a resident that asked for a straw (several times) that I asked her if she was alright. I thought a bad day was the reason for her surliness. She informed me she was fine and that everyone wanted her to fetch stuff for them. (Like do her job?!?) I am still waiting for my beverage (I had to pay 17.00 for the privilege of dining with my mother) This was sad as many residents gathered up to an hour early to wait my dining doors to open. The van, a plus for me I thought, to take mother to the doctor, was never available. Even with 3 week notice. No doctor trips, no grocery store. Just used for outings that you had to sign up for. Limited capacity. Her medication was crazy. They promptly took it all away, reordered generic (she had not used the brand new 3 month supply yet) and of course billed us. I was confused. I asked. Still confused. So many meds were ordered and reordered. Why?!? The pool, nope. Cannot use. No life guard. They were refurbishing the pool for access, never saw that happen...yet they failed to mention this on the tour. The bright spots at the Bridges were the maintenance guy. He fixed and repaired and was so nice about it. The lovely woman who did the laundry. What a blessing she is. Kind and sweet. So I took my mother out of there. She was losing weight, was unhappy, was unclean, I was having to clean her room and still taking her places. I was still missing work. I was assisting the assisted living facility. Care: she was inside and safe. Best I can say.

The staff at The Bridges are kind, attentive, and care about the residents. The area is very safe, clean, welcoming, and the on site management team remains very informative. I welcome the continued communication. I feel at ease knowing that my mother is in good hands. I highly recommend Bridges for anyone looking for quality care.

If I could give zero stars I would. They don’t treat employees right, they don’t care for their residents. Management will belittle employees right in front of the residents! Management also does things behind employees backs. The building is so understaffed because no one ends up staying due to management, so a resident wasn’t checked on one night and they found her DEAD. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!

Hello Kayla,

Thank you for sharing your concerns but we have no record of you being employed by or having any connection to a resident of The Bridges at Sweet Water Grand, so we are unsure what the foundation of your comments are. I'm afraid you might have the wrong building. At The Bridges, we take GREAT PRIDE in the care of our residents, family members, and staff alike. If you would like to discuss this any further, please feel free to reach out to our team anytime.

We are so grateful that we chose Sweet Water Grand The Bridges for our mother. Kristy helped us from the beginning to ensure a smooth transition after a stressful start realizing our mom needed more care. All of the staff from the front desk to memory care, the nurses, speech, PT, OT and the PA that work there have made mom feel safe and we know that she is in good hands 24/7. If you are searching for the right place this is it!

The staff at the Bridges is incredibly caring, attentive, and always goes above and beyond for my uncle. They plan activities daily that are engaging and fun, and my uncle enjoys making new friends. The food is delicious and well-prepared, and the facility is clean and well-maintained. I am so grateful for the peace of mind knowing my uncle is in such excellent care. The Bridges is truly a home away from home. I highly recommend this community!".

Sweetwater Grand at the Bridges is an awesome home for my Father. Kristy was our 1st point of contact and she answered all questions and concerns. She made us feel at home. Liz, at the front desk is our rock star, she handles everything with precision! All his medical technicians are wonderful, Angela, Katie, Lacory and Courtney. Those who I didn't mention, I salute you too. Keep up the great job!
