Reckless Ben's YouTube videos show just how despicable is this company! When Reckless Ben uncovered their fraudulent practices and won a lawsuit against them, instead of owning up to their mistake and making restitution, they just closed the store. You owe it to yourself to watch every video Reckless Ben has made regarding this company and then decide for yourself if you can trust them! I never will and it's because of the truth these videos bring to bear.

Scammers
Awful company, they buy LEGOs from you for 25 cents on the dollar. That is if they don't try stealing them from you (literally).

Very rude Customer Service
Very rude customer Service was screamed at just for asking for a paper bag because that is such a liberal thing to do.

Rude clerk behind the counter, definitely did not have a great demeanor with my kids. Sort of snapped over some pretty basic stuff. It's too bad- cool store overall otherwise, but would not make it a point to return based on that interaction. Hard to believe this is a place that hosts kids' birthday parties based on the small tidbit I witnessed.

I’ve been here many times, and it’s always a good experience. There are tons of options for both new and retired Lego sets, bulk bricks, make-your-own minifigs, official Lego minifigs, and custom minifigs from third parties. I’ve found pieces, sets, and minifigs here that I doubt I’d find anywhere else. The staff are also extremely helpful and friendly. They make sure to welcome each customer when they enter, and are very clear and helpful whenever I’ve sold sets here as well. Overall a great experience and huge selection.

They took advantage of an elderly man by taking his world-record LEGO collection, which is deeply unethical and unacceptable. This kind of behavior is shocking and demonstrates a lack of integrity. Avoid this company at all costs.
