Very negative experience prices are way to expensive and the trade ins are a joke just like pawn stars they will low ball you and when I tried to ask them why it’s so low I was willing to do half the online price and they gave me the offer that was laughable at best the manager tried to tell that’s just how it works and address me like a child i ultimately refused the offer and decided to walk around the store while he gave me the stink eye the whole time
they barely have anything other then Star Wars and those prices are outrageous as well look online (brick link) if you actually want to purchase second hand Lego and not from a store that up charges double the price even set which are currently on store shelves
I even hear the manager swear at a mother who was at the store with her children if you’re going to be a child friendly place then you think they would train their staff to censor themselves better

If you are looking for bricks for the creative person in your life, you've gone to the right place! Fun little shop with fun in every corner! Great for kids and adults! Staff are very friendly and are there to answer any questions. Found myself a few gifts for the holidays and ideas for my wishlist! 😉
I’ve been coming here very frequently ever since January of 2025. Wow, the customer service, the variety of Lego and the bulk and the bulk prices are amazing. It’s time to write a review.
I mostly only come here to buy bulk and I come every other week. I usually like to take my time finding the pieces that I need (sometimes I’m there 1-2 hours) and they are amazing and always make me feel welcome, never rushing me. They have about 6-8 bulk tables so there’s lots to choose from. I also love the 20% off bulk Saturdays.
I will continue coming back. This is the best BAM location I’ve been to. They know me I’m a regular, even every once in a while they let me trade in a cup of bulk (of LEGO pieces that I don’t need) for an equal sized cup for free!!! Wow! No other BAM can top this.
Highly recommend this location for anything LEGO someone needs!
if i could give no stars i would today 11/1/2025 at around 6:45-7 pm i went to trade in some of my old legos from when i was younger and when i had asked what the difference would be if i took off one new in box set i was lied to and disrespected and it was horrible i asked one question and was slapped in the face with disrespect from the manager not wanting to go back and fourth and i did not want to sell the new in box set anyways after i had thought about it i plan to never go to that bam again as the whole staff there other then nick is ungrateful and disrespectful as i do want some sets in the store but i will not spend my money there for workers to treat me horribly. i am so unhappy with how this store has been treating me.

I’ve spent the last week going over your visit to our store and interviewing the staff on duty that night, as an accusation of dishonesty is to be taken quite seriously. I don’t think our staff acted in any manner close to what you’re describing. I can completely understand if your expectations were higher, but it does seem like you were given a more than fair offer initially, and you ultimately did sell us your bulk LEGO.

Very negative experience would not recommend wasn’t greeted at the door the employees weren’t even present till about 10 minutes into the visit and when anyone did show up they smelt like weed or smoke wasn’t expecting that behavior from a toy store and the prices were outrageous 20$ for just a single guy and about 100+ for a small set they even had sets that were about 20$ more then what the local store in the mall has currently the party room wasn’t even anything special as all the other reviews I’ve been seeing said it was either I would give 0 stars IF I COULD
This was a nice surprise! Great prices on both sets and random blocks with lots of pre-built sets to look at. My wife and I had a great time making minifigs. This was the main draw, and I do think it could use a bit of a glow-up. While there were not a lot of torso options outside of specific job shirts, the biggest gap was the faces. I watch two young black boys walk over excited to make their own, and then realize that the scant few brown heads did not even have faces on them, and they walked away disappointed. I would love to see the minifig station expanded to allow for more options in every bin, but especially in the faces to allow everyone to feel included.
