Unprofessional and dishonest service They had the rudest staff I've ever encountered. I trusted them to sell my Legos and was promised payment once they sold. Instead, they claimed I never gave them anything, which is completely false. The experience was frustrating and felt dishonest. I would not recommend this place to anyone based on how poorly I was treated.

Nasty Organization I’m glad that these allegations are finally coming to light. Hopefully all this bad press will finally force them to do what’s right despite how strongly they resist. If you’re not familiar, basically new ownership took over this location, which included a $200k+ LEGO Star Wars collection and are now refusing to compensate the original consigner for it, a man named Ben whose collection belongs to his ill father and is trying desperately to recover the collection or at least compensation for it. Law enforcement also isn’t doing anything to help.
