I was so nervous and self-conscious when I first started, but the community and instructors at Brass Vixens made me feel right at home. The beginner courses are structured perfectly, allowing you to build strength and flexibility faster than you'd think. It’s empowering, so much fun!!!

I had such a great experience at Brass Vixens Queen Street! The instructors were welcoming, supportive, and made everyone feel comfortable regardless of experience level. The atmosphere was fun, empowering, and completely judgment-free. The studio is beautiful, clean, and the classes are both challenging and confidence-boosting. I left feeling stronger, more confident, and excited to come back. Highly recommend for anyone looking to try something new and have fun while getting a great workout!

I have been going to Brass Vixens on and off for years and the quality of staff is absolutely unparallel. I have learned so much in such a short time and continue to grow. This is an absolutely beautiful studio with the most amazing people and I highly recommend for anybody that is wanting to increase flexibility. Have a ton of fun while toning your body effortlessly to give it a try if they’ve never done it. This has been a life-changing experience being a part of the brass vixen family and events they always put on💋💋💋💋💋 you won’t be disappointed ❤️

I had a disappointing experience with this studio. Sharon Crane was consistently unprofessional, especially regarding scheduling and communication. Open pole sessions were frequently cancelled last minute with very little notice, which made it difficult to plan training and felt inconsiderate toward students’ time and money. Unfortunately, the overall environment became stressful rather than supportive.

I havnt been here much, but the few times I've called for questions I was spoken to very rudely, almost as if they think I'm stupid. I did not want to actually go but my girl said just try it and I'm sorry no, it was unorganized and we were let into the studio late then I had to wait 10min for a pole because they were setting up hoops and then then I was left wirh a pole where I wasn't even able to climb more then 1x. The poles are old, even on static they spin half way around and the floor is jacked.

Disappointed with how class cancellations and membership concerns are handled by owner. Communication around reimbursements for missed classes could have been clearer, and I don't feel customers concerns were addressed well resulting in being banned from studio

Great place to learn aerial sports. As a feedback, I would make the class durations a bit longer, to leave some room for more conditioning. 1h is not enough and understandably people book multiple classes in a row, often repeating unnecessary warm up.

Got a deal off Groupon - Groupon only gives you 3 days to cancel and get refunded. As per the provided instructions, I emailed studio get have classes applied to account - did not hear back from them at all. Was able to cancel in time. (Getting my money back from Groupon was another nightmare)

There seems to be some confusion on this... I just looked into our emails and could not locate anything with your name. Also, there is no "3 days to cancel for a refund" policy that we are aware of. Vouchers are good for 120 days and the promotional value never expires. You can read all the details on the Groupon offer on their site. After reviewing the Groupon voucher we just discovered it doesn't have our phone number on it, we contacted Groupon for an update on that. I hope this clears up any confusion, we're sad you didn't get to try our classes.

It was my first time here, and I instantly felt so welcome! Everyone was incredibly friendly and sweet, which made the experience even better. However, for the Intro to Pole class, it would be really helpful if they gave a quick overview of what to expect that day. I was hoping for more focus on climbing the pole rather than dancing around it.

While we do touch on dance, conditioning along with tricks in class, we do not do any type of climbing until Pole 2. It is def not a beginner move for most of our clients. Mac is an exceptional teacher. She is calm, patient and passionate about Lyra. Her instructions are clear and concise. Mac provides individual assistance to each student to ensure their understanding. I love her class and I have been coming to the class for a long time.

Attended a 55th birthday celebration at BRASS VIXEN today. Tay/tai our instructor was soooo good. It was a true beginners class. Our instructor gave showed us multiple ways to look cute dancing even if you have bad knees. Great fun. Clean, big space. There was at least 12 ppl in our group. Fan our receptionist was so cute and welcoming. Its a must try. Loved it
