I took the time out of my work week to come and purchase a building.
I was shown a 12x12 shed that I wanted to buy right then and there.
In addition, I found another building I wanted to purchase but got excuses that I may be too far or out of their area. (No hard evidence when I left).
It wasn't the fact that I may have to pay extra for the mileage, it was the excuse about their driver and the no response leaving waiting for a follow up call.
I went to the degree of personally texting the owner the next day about the 12x12 shed and no response.
As a owner it's the quality in wish you give to your potential customer and what you're willing to do to help accomplish their goal with a new purchase.
You HAD the opportunity for two purchases but didn't even try.

Please accept our sincere apology for this experience. Unfortunately, there is a delivery charge when moving a building more than 50 miles off our lot. We can order a new build from the factory to avoid the delivery fee.
With you wanting to purchase two buildings, our delivery driver explained that there would be additional fees on both buildings.

The guys were great that delivered the shed, even helped out moving a fence post that was in the way of placing the shed. Sales personnel was so laid back and helpful.

Great people to work with. Tony answered all our question and suggested things we didn’t think about. Not pushy just up front and honest. Delivery was on time and quick. Leveled and exactly where I had marked for placement. Next shed or carport I need I will buy from Branson’s.
