1. Terrible customer service, felt invisible
2. No menus at the table that we RESERVE
3. Tried to order 4 drinks, 2 peach iced teas and two beers. Only 1 tea was brought out to us when all 4 were in a glass/bottle. Were only given 3 drinks and was forced to order the 4th
4. Ordered 2 different dumplings - 1 chicken, and 1 vegetarian - chef mixed up the plates around and the vegetarian ate the chicken.
5. Offered a 20% discount after potentially causing a safety hazard.
6. After hearing we would give a bad review we were bribed into not giving a poor review by offering a meal free of charge. We refused.
7. Ruined my 13th birthday.
Never coming back here again.
Terrible service from the get go.
Left unattended for at least 5 minutes before we where given menus (with only a few in the restaurant), ordered 4 drinks one turned up then another 2 several minutes later and one totally forgotten.
Ordered entrees and mains to have everything come out at once to top it off ordered vegetarian dumplings and chicken dumplings as we had a vegetarian with us told "these are the vegetarian dumplings" to find after our vegetarian has taken a bite to be the chicken.
Was offered a discount! Wasn't looking for one it was a terrible experience as it was for our son's 13th birthday.
What if it was a food allergy and ended alot worse.

Terrible customer service. We ordered dumplings — one chicken and one vegetable — and specifically asked for the vegetable due to one of us being vegetarian. The plates were mixed up, and when we asked which was which, staff pointed to the wrong one. I took a bite only to find chicken inside. So disappointing, and the staff showed no apology or concern. To make it worse, this was supposed to be a special dinner for our son’s 13th birthday, and it was completely ruined. We will never return or recommend this place.
