At B.P.C Motor Engineers 'Tariq' and his team manage to fit me in for 'various mechanical work on my two cars' at a short notice if possible the same day or within 1 to 3 days time, which is always a lifesaver. The staff is incredibly professional and kind, making the whole process stress-free. The mechanics are honest, knowledgeable. I really appreciate their straightforward, trustworthy advice. On top of that, their price is reasonable. Truly great experience. I highly Recommend this garage. Giddhu

Got an mot and service, good lads

My petrol cap wouldn't open at the Shell Petrol Station and I was out of fuel so i ran up the road to the garage, they tried everything to get it open for me. In the end they had to prise it open but it worked it's unbanned the petrol cap, I got my fuel and I'm happy. They didn't charge me a penny and just asked if I would scan this code. Amazing, friendly and tried everything to get the problem solved. Thank you all very much.

BPC have serviced and repaired several Volvos that I've owned over the years and I've always found them to be competent and thorough in their work. Highly recommended.

Rang up after multiple calls to other garages to help with a bulb all garages said more work had to be done which wasn't the case! Bpc volvo in Chesham were amazingly quick, reliable, price was brilliant and they done the work in super quick time and very helpful! They very clearly just want to help and that's is exactly what they done thank you xx

Parking customers, staff and courtesy vehicles outside residents’ homes. They’ve clearly not heard of goodwill. Rude when challenged.

Total joke of a company. As it is there is little parking locally. For at least a year they have taken all spaces on Chilton Road when they move one car they fill it immediately with another. They also leave cars on vale road and Berkhamsted road. They have been spoken to but act dumb. They have no consideration for the local residents and the limitations with parking. I have spoken with other residents who have also complained and are appalled how they conduct themselves. Think about who you give you business to and their morality.

Have been using BPC for a year now for all my vehicles and they been absolutely brilliant, I cannot fault them, excellent work, prices are brilliant & all our cars are highly maintained by BPC, will never use anyone else.

BPC managed to book me in for brake pad replacements on the same day that I phoned them up. The work was done quickly and they phoned me twice in between dropping the car off and picking it up to keep me abreast of progress. In the end I needed all new pads and the front two discs replacing as well. Price was good, cheaper than a couple of other garages that quoted for the works. I'll definitely be going back come MOT/service time.

This is the second time that BPC motor engineers have saved us at very short notice. Firstly I needed an alternator, this was sorted in a day, I also had a noise which they diagnosed and resolved with power steering fluid. Secondly after breaking down and my car dropped off to them at the weekend, they went out of their way to find a part for me late Monday night and my car fixed and ready Tuesday - incredible 5 star service!!! Thank you BPC 🙏🤩

Had a clonking sound from the rear of my Volvo V60 D6 Hybrid. 3 different garages looked at it, and 1 had it for 2 days never to diagnose the issue. I was told it was the hybrid motor, the shock absorbers suspension links. I eventually took it to BPC motor, they diagnosed it within an hour a and car was repaired with in days, perfectly. I would recommend 100 percent.
