Remodelled bathroom in an old house
This was not my first bathroom remodel, but it was my first in an old house. The old plumbing threw multiple problems at Baz which he resolved with calm good humour and exceptional expertise.
He has good relations with trade suppliers and is easy to be around. He will be our first call for the upgrades to our second bathroom and kitchen.

Bathroom tap replacement
I called initially as my brother had recommended this plumber to me and my Mum needed a new tap. I called and they came out that day and had a look with the work to be completed the day after. The communication was excellent with photos of replacement parts to be used and I was messaged the day of the repair with an eta. The repair was done in no time and the bathroom was left very clean and tidy. Overall very impressed and the price was very reasonable at £100 pounds including the parts, labour and a visit the previous day, exceptional value!
Thermostatic shower/tap installation
Great. He took a quick look one afternoon and told us everything he planned on doing (including upgrades) gave a price, set up a date. He came back prepared and finished in good time. We're impressed enough that we're talking to him now about a bathroom refit in the near future.

Fitting Shower enclosure.
Baz came to our rescue as we urgently needed our shower enclosure fitting, he arrived on time and got straight on with the job. He has done a great job and left everything tidy.
We will definately be using him again when we have any plumbing issues. He is a really nice, friendly guy and we would definitely recommend him to anyone needing his services.

I can’t recommend Baz from Box Home Services highly enough! I had an unexpected leak that could have turned into a disaster, but he came out at short notice and saved the day. He was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. He worked quickly and efficiently, ensuring everything was fixed properly before leaving. It’s such a relief to find a reliable plumber who genuinely cares about their customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again or recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing services. Excellent service from start to finish!

Complete re-tiling of shower room wet area, replace shower tray & enclosure.
Baz (Box Home Services), thank you for everything. Due to a recent botch up, he’s allowed us to shower again, without the worry of our kitchen ceiling caving in!

Bathroom fittings (Main and En-Suite)
The initial guidance, communication throughout, and quality of work was second to none. Professional from start to end of the jobs, nothing was too much trouble. There was a lot of consideration for making the output perfect and it always felt like it was so much more than just another job. The quality and finish was superb and we are absolutely delighted with the finish of our bathrooms.

Contacted Bharat [Baz] to quote for refitting both our downstairs and upstairs Bathroom in August 2024. He arrived as agreed, as he was leaving he said he would send the quote. Several months later [we are now in November] and various calls texts I never received the quote nothing, absolute radio silence. Disappointing, discourteous and unprofessional...if a job isn't for you just simply say. When he once picked the phone up he said the portal that he sends quotes from was down and he had sent it ect ect, so I gave him my email address, he then went back to his habit of Radio Silence. Surely if a critical component of your Business [the quoting portal] is down you make it your priority to get it sorted -otherwise how else would you be sending quotes out. These are just lies by him, ive had no problem from the other plumber in regards to sending quotes.
Absolute pathetic behaviour -why leave potential customers hanging, in the end it’s a blessing, as if you have to chase him this much, then he clearly isn’t the professional supposedly plumber, for the job.
If I could leave ZERO star I would, avoid!!!

He also discreetly deals with everything within your budget and remains tactful about this throughout. Baz is the consummate professional in all he does - and he respects your property and surroundings to the nth degree,

Baz was amazing from giving us a quote & explaining everything that he needed to do what needed replacing giving us full confidence that our job wasn't an issue & today he has been & done the job. Arrived on time, polite, very respectful of my elderly dad with dementia. Cleaned up after him left the area completely as if he hadn't even been. Amazing job done, pure relief of no more leaks & we can actually turn the water off if needed. Wore boot covers & took them on /off everytime he had to go to the van. Very respectful worker. Wouldn't hesitate to use Baz again & definitely recommend him.

Arrived promptly and answered all our questions politely. Found the work was carried out very efficiently and tidily. Quality of the work was of a high standard and to our satisfaction. We would certainly recommend this company.
