I won’t give a terrible review but I’ll be honest. This was my first time here. I have been to brasao Brazilian steak house in the past a few times but wanted to try a different place to have a nice night with my partner. I called and made reservations and I asked to have one for 8pm and they said they had space for us at that time. Maybe my fault I didn’t notice they closed at 9. So I was wondering why I felt rushed there. Our sever was not all too attentive. There were points within that last hour that he would not be around. My partner waited a few time for refills. We also ordered the salad buffet meats and sea food. When the sea food came it came with two small lobster tails some small muscles shrimp salmon and Kalari. Is that stuff expensive? Because I felt that it wasn’t all that great to charge 124$ for? To be completely honest the best thing I had there was the beef stroganoff had I know my tab would have been 200$ for the service and quality of food I probably would have just gone to Brasao they have more variety and sides with the meal. I even felt obligated to still leave a 20% tip with us 40$ more to the server who hardly helped us. The manager was nice tho. But doesn’t make up for the quality of food for the price we paid. Is there anyone to contact?

We ate there about a year ago and am not surprised that it is closed. The manager was a vulgar drunk. The food and service was absolutely disgusting and nothing like a churrascaria.

Si pudiera darle un 0 lo daría,pase el peor día de las madres en este lugar,teníamos reservada una mesa a las 6:45 sin saber que 15 minutos después cerraban el restaurante, el servicio de la mesera lento,las bebidas sin sabor alguno ,muy poca variedad de platillos en el area de las ensaladas,cosa que pasada una hora de estar allí ya lo retiraron porque ellos suponen que en una hora debes haber comido lo necesario(así nos comunicaron )y ya el restaurante había cerrado ,el piso sumamente resbalozo,había que caminar con extremo cuidado porque podías caer ,muchísimo calor,al parecer habían apagado el aire acondicionado,vuelvo y repito ya el restaurante estaba cerrado pasados 15 minutos de nuestra reservación,fuimos una mesa de 12 personas desilusiónalos completamente, luego cuando nos traen nuestra cuenta para pagar, había un 20 porciento de tip para la mesera,subiendo nuestra cuenta a $1060,cosa que nos puso de muy mal humor porque el típ es lo que tú decidas darle a tu mesera por el servicio brindado,no que automáticamente la mesera lo incluya sin tu consentimiento,fue la primera y la última vez que visite ese lugar.

Buenas tardes Alina sentimos mucho que te sientas de esa forma, para nosotros todas las opiniones de nuestros clientes son muy importantes y tomamos en cuenta cada detalle que nos comparten en este caso tenemos muy presente tu reservación y lo que nosotros comunicamos a nuestros clientes justo antes de que hagan la reservación en ese horario es que efectivamente el restaurante cierra sus puertas a las 7:00 cómo está anunciado pero el salad bar se retira hasta normalmente una hora después de el cierre no sin antes avisarle a los clientes que que pueden pasar a servirse una última vez porque se va a retirar y eso se les comunicó a toda tu mesa y aún también dos personas más llegaron después de la hora de cierre y aún que se retire el salad bar el servicio de carnes no se termina hasta que el

Caso en toda tu mesa todos recibieron el servicio de carnes hasta que ustedes mismos Lo decidieron, nunca le dejamos de dar servicio a ninguno de nuestros clientes la situación con el aire acondicionado les comentamos que hubo un desperfecto ese día y que estábamos trabajando en ello y haríamos lo posible por que quedara en ese momento por lo demás que nos compartes tomaremos en cuenta y reiteramos el agradecimiento a tú retroalimentación para mejorar cada día. Went during lunch and here were gnats on the food, service was awful, food temp was concerning, and they still made us pay full price even though we decided to leave before we were even served meat. I’m confused by the positive reviews I’m seeing since the place was empty and our experience was awful.

We ate for Sunday brunch. All the waffles and French toast were cold on and get rubbery from reheat. The mimosas were good. They need more Brazilian meat options for brunch they only offer 2 sausages and 2 beefs. The banana Foster by table side is cool but they use the already cold/reheated bread to make them so it’s the only hot food option next to the omelet since there is an omelet station. Also the omelet station has no seasoning not even salt and pepper. The food was mediocre for the price. The DJ was nice though!
