You order for delivery and they give you warm wine and warm beer. Not that it got to you warm due to the delivery time but rather instead of going into the freezer they grab whatever item is on the floor. Last time ordering here.

Sorry Nelson, You would need to request for your items to be cold and we can accommodate. We do not send items cold though delivery unless it is requested in the notes and I checked your order and this was not requested.

Unreliable payment process The online purchasing process was frustrating. After entering my credit card and receiving a confirmation email, it stated I hadn't paid, which was confusing. I re-entered my details, but none of their listed contact methods worked—chat, WhatsApp, and even the phone numbers (website and google) were unresponsive. I resorted to email, but the whole experience felt unreliable and not reassuring.

I was so pleased when I learned my local Buy Rite delivered. The web site was easy to navigate. The delivery driver was friendly, and in my life I have never received a delivery as quick as they delivered. I would say from order to delivery maybe an hour if that much. AMAZING! Buy Rite is the best!

Usually was my go to spot to buy lq especially if im on my way to NYC or when i had studio events. I went recently and they didnt have the bottle i was looking for which shocked me....sorry loss of a star for that

Very large selection of wines and popular liquors. They also carry typical bar snacks, some classware, etc. Prices are usually a bit lower than smaller stores. Also carry a smattering of very high end whisky and other products which are not often stocked at other stores. Environment very basic -- like a "big box store."
