The front desk clerk is off putting, doesn’t smile, and is rude. Idk her name but she was the only front desk employee on Friday Oct 17. The rest of the staff I spoke to are pleasant. They were kind and patient with me in the procedure process. Had to reschedule and they were easy to do so with.

Hace unos meses me atendi en este lugar ,pruebas de laboratorio las cuales me dijeron no tenían costo pero si tuvieron ya que me llegó una factura la cual pagué como demoraban los resultados mucho tiempo me comuniqué con ellos y me dijeron que habían tenido un problema con mis tomas de sangre (se perdieron) entonces tuve que volver a ir 1 mes después para que me las vuelva a tomar por su mala atención, luego de eso recibí nuevamente una factura de 256 qué yo debía de las últimas pruebas que se perdieron ,me llaman me envían correos mensajes para que realice el pago ,me comunique con ellos para que lo resuelvan pero parece que nunca lo hicieron ,estoy cansada que me cobren algo que no tengo que pagar .

Entendemos completamente lo frustrante que debe ser recibir un cobro por pruebas que se perdieron y no haber tenido una solución rápida a sus inquietudes. Finding a women’s health center that truly cares about you and listens is so important, and Boulder Valley Health Center did just that. From the start, their customer service stood out—every time I called with questions about my appointment or concerns, the front desk was so kind, welcoming, and always checked with the provider to make sure I had the right answers. They really set the tone and made me feel comfortable even before I walked in.
I went to this center to have an IUD inserted and my implant removed. I was nervous about the procedure, but Dr. Shaunti immediately put me at ease. Knowing her strong success rate gave me even more confidence, and my appointment couldn’t have gone better. I felt calm and comfortable throughout the process, which is so important for something like this.

I can’t say thank you enough, but im honestly so happy and so satisfied with their form of communication, commitment, their service, just everything. I’m not good at names but I came from out of state, nervous and scared but im so grateful for finding this place. They helped me so much with the financial needs as well. Not one person was rude. I was going through a horrible depression when I went there, I was scared but trying to hide it, I felt so cared for by everyone there from the rubs telling me everything is going to be okay and telling me they will be there every step, I went through the whole procedure with a lady on side of me rubbing my hand telling me it’s okay. I just want to say a big thank you to everyone that was there with me and for me. Everything was done quick. Pain was a 7/10 but very manageable even with just ibuprofen and Tylenol. I even got on nexplanon right after. All my questions were answered, they didn’t seem annoyed not one bit even though I asked the lady a million questions, they were so helpful. They made it quick. They even called me a few days later checking up on me making sure I made it safely to my state. Yall don’t understand how deep of a depression I was in thinking I won’t be able to have a procedure done being a 17 hours away. But in the end everything got done and I had all the help I needed. I give this place a 10/10. Unlimited condoms yall lol stay safe out here, I got treatment for an stf I got exposed to the same day as well. I appreciate everyone in there. Thank yall so much. This clinic is wonderful. I was so nervous about my procedure and generally really hate being at doctors offices, but this place is very welcoming and homey. The staff is kind and very enthusiastic about taking care of you. The woman who does the consent process with you (Christie) is a doll - she is clear, kind, funny, and makes sure you know everything you need to know. The main Dr. is incredibly skilled, grounded, and made me feel very safe. All of the support staff is the same. Everyone I interacted with was kind, but friendliness doesn’t excuse medical negligence. I came in for STI screening. After waiting (extremely anxiously) for 3 weeks without update and multiple calls without a clear answer, I was finally told they never sent my blood sample to the lab.
If I hadn’t followed up repeatedly, would this have gone completely unnoticed? A sure way to ruin someone's life for several weeks.

I read the transcript from the voicemail the day before confirming my appointment, and I checked my email that had a confirmation from the day before as well. Very unfortunate that I took time away from work and drove into town for this appointment.
