I'm sure this garage gives a very good MOT service, but sadly I didn't get to experience it. Having booked in for a MOT at 9am, I unfortunately was delayed due to the road works going on at the Botley interchange and didn't make it there until 5 minutes past. Handing over my keys at 9:07, I was told that because I was late I had missed my slot, and they had instead started on the car that was booked in for 2pm. I phoned back at 1pm whilst on my lunch break and was informed it wouldn't be looked at until 2pm, so had to go back and collect my car as I was working and would be unable to collect before 5pm. I fully understand that I was late, but to then not do the MOT until 2pm was frustrating. Ensure if you do book with this garage that you show up well ahead of your appointment, lest they give it away

MOT and full Service: Very friendly, gave good advice, done within the time frame. Slightly more expensive than halfords as a base price but worth the slight additional cost and the price for the parts seemed reasonable.

I'm normally terrible and forget to leave reviews but I really wanted to highlight what a great garage this is! I have used them for several years now and have always had a very honest and professional service. Everyone is really friendly and they really care. Recently I turned up unannounced as one of my front springs had gone and they saw me straight away and repaired the same day. If you live nearby you should use them 🙂.
