Low budget place, you get what you pay for. ☺ Hotel is located in middle of old town. The room is big, has micro vawe oven and refrigerator . Stuff at the bar was nice and helpfull. And I could check in before official check in time. ☹ It was really dirty. Dust and hairs on bed and desk. Bathroom needs some more cleaning too. Bed clothes looked like they wouldn't be changed, and towels were very old and had stains. Bed uncomfortable. The room had a window to the indoors hotel hall, so no fresh air. And bugs were running on the floor.

For someone who wants to spend one night and does not need many services, this stay is ideal. ☺ The hotel is located close to the railway station and in the heart of Győr. By the time I arrived, there was no one at the reception but I could do a self check-in. Because I was on transit to Budapest the fact that the pub was closed was not a big deal for me. ☹ The self check-in was a bit complicated but after some time I figured it out and could enter. The fact that the pub was closed was not a big deal for me as I was on transit to Budapest but if you plan to stay for more than a night here and want to eat/drink there you should inform yourself if it is open. My question is therefore if the pub has a seasonal opening.

☺A környék maga rendkívül jó volt, a szoba kényelmes és tiszta volt ☹Nem találkoztam a személyzettel ha lett volna kérdésem, de lehet csak épp elkerültük egymást.

Owfull ☹ I booked a non-refundable room three weeks in advance, paid for my stay, sent my passport photo as requested, checked in online, and arrived at the specified time of 3 pm. I dialed the received code, took the key from the box, unlocked the room, and spent about three hours there resting after the flight. Then, we went for a walk in the city. Upon returning to the hotel, we found that a family with a small child was now in our room, the lock had been changed, and our belongings (except for small items like shampoo and disposable dishes) were put in a garbage bag and placed in the pantry. I was handed the garbage bag with our stuff and told that my reservation was no longer available. When I mentioned that I had paid for two days, they offered to refund me in Hungarian forints and refused to issue any document about the arbitrary cancellation of the reservation. I have travel insurance through my gold credit card, so instead of dealing with the hassle in shock, I just wanted to find another room. I had to call the director to explain the situation, and only two hours later, around 9 pm, we got a room in a neighboring hotel, but only at our insistence.The director resolved the issue and apologized. However, the employee's behavior was completely inappropriate. We still have our key with us, even though the lock has been changed. The reservation was visible the entire time, and I have the opportunity to write a review, although I did not spend a single night in this establishment.

A beautiful place ☺ I loved the place, it's location in old town centre. I loved the calmness of the area, the creative decor. ☹ Everything was fine, the only thing i would have liked would have been a window to the outside, with fresh air coming in. But our window was to the inside staircase, which had a transparent roof, so luckily we had light in the room, and fresh air was replaced by air conditioning.

☺Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedés, könnyű és egyszerű a bejutás. Az ár nagyon baráti. ☹Nem működött a tv, a légkondi. Az ablakot nem lehetett kinyitni. A poharak koszosak voltak, nem volt megfelelően kitakarítva a szoba.

☺Elhelyezkedés ☹Foltos,piszkos lepedő,inkább a takarón volt eltöltve az éjszaka mintsem azon..Hanyag takarítás,kosz.Törött zuhanytálca.A tv nem működött.Jelezve lett.Amire, ennyi volt a válasz sehol nem működik.

Bylo by dobré upravit systém První informace v maďarštině a angličtině a nakonec dlouhá informace ☺Pobyt bez snídaně.Pokoj byl v pohodě. ☹Trochu moc složitý systém odbavení. Trochu mě to odrazovalo. Nakonec mi pomohl syn a nakonec i vnučka 15 let
