5 stars to the clinic medical director who went out of their way to comp my visit / herbs. Today’s Doctor / intern assigned to me were absolutely lovely and empathetic. I am deeply grateful for this gesture.

Don’t bother going here.
My acupuncturist interns were earnest and well wishing. They tried their best. I genuinely appreciated them.
As far as the herbalist, she never showed up to see me before dispensing herbs. I had to ask for her to determine what the medication was for since I had listed multiple concerns. Or how to take it? In addition, she shorted me by 2 days. It was supposed to last 7 days, only lasted 5. Trying to get clarity, I called the school and spoke to someone named Aliyah or alia. She said students NEVER make mistakes. And I must have taken more meds than prescribed. Let that sink in a bit. I was so incredibly frustrated talking to this woman who had absolute no desire to provide any solution. It’s just 2 days. Why would a patient lie or over Medicate themselves? Absolutely ridiculous. Needless to say, I used colorful language at the end because it was like talking to a wall with no personality and zero skin in the game whose only job was to stonewall.
I totally would have moved on if I got a genuine apology. The fact that this woman Aliyah was trying to gaslight me by blaming me, I won’t return and will never recommend this place.
Pay more and go to a professional instead who wants to retain customers and will treat you with professionalism since they have skin in the game.
