Philham Water Cottage has used bookalet on its website for a few years and I like it a lot; especially since I upgraded to Bookalet Pro. All my queries (mostly at the outset) have been promptly answered/sorted satisfactorily. It required a bit of work to set up (as would any booking program) but was straightforward and has always worked smoothly.
I used the company previously signed up again and im nothing but disappointed-in the after service - I wouldn’t recommend
My problem is not with a domain issue?!!

I have been so impressed by Bookalet. I initially worked on Lodgify but was stung by hidden prices, widgets not working and no technical backup.
Bookalet was completely the opposite, a pleasure to set up, lovely support from Corinne who managed to get me set up with four lets in less than 24 hours. The widget worked seamlessly, and the bonus for my client, the annual cost is way cheaper.
I am used to setting up programs to link into my websites, so I'm not a novice, but I do think this is a very user friendly platform and I'm comfortable handing it over to my client to manage moving forward.

Who is giving all these 5*? Bookalet is an absolute nightmare to use. Take it from someone that has been in this business for many years and on many platforms. The system is a shambles that cancels out dates on other calendars and then when you tell them they say its something YOU have done. Over £700 for a broken system that is losing me not only the £700+, but much more through lost bookings on other platforms thanks to their stupid system not doing its job properly! Maybe it works for one property on one other platform, but for someone with many properties on a few platforms all this does is screw everything up! Don't bother asking for a refund becayuse you won't get one! I hope you have a rotten 2025. YOU DESERVE IT!!!!!!!!
I have used Bookalet for around 5 years for our holiday let apartments. The system is easy to use and the syncing with other booking sites means I do not have to worry about double booking. I've only had to ask for help a couple of times, and on each time it was fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend Bookalet to other property owners.
We have used Bookalet for a year and just renewed our subscription as it is invaluable. It takes so much pressure off by prompting you when payments are made and avoiding errors and double bookings occurring. we use it to manage 3 B&B rooms and 2 self catering units and it does it seamlessly. The only minor observation we would make is that the Booking Summary calendar that you see as a manager can be a little confusing to view. But overall excellent and well worth the investment.
In a constantly changing world where we have become so reliant on technology, it has become difficult to keep up with it all. We felt we had reached a complete dead end with trying to get our business recognised on Google as for some unknown reason our profile had been suspended despite several changes and attempts to reinstate it, still it was declared suspended due to non compliance. Our site is hosted by Bookalet which offers a brilliant platform for anyone looking to advertise rental accommodation. It was purely by chance that I had told the Bookalet support team of the trouble we were having with Google when they offered to help resolve it for us. I was surprised as this wasn’t an issue that directly involved Bookalet though I was pleased and grateful for their assistance!
Within a few days the Bookalet team had us back online and visible again on Google..a miracle! What’s more there was no charge for this service..just an act of kindness that deserves this mention! With my faith entirely restored in humanity I whole heartedly recommend this company, not only for their brilliant technical ability to promote your rental listing on their incredible platform, but more so…because they are very nice people! Thank you Bookalet! 🙏
