Extremely good software. Saves me a lot of time. Does a lot automatically without me having to worry.

In a constantly changing world where we have become so reliant on technology, it has become difficult to keep up with it all. We felt we had reached a complete dead end with trying to get our business recognised on Google as for some unknown reason our profile had been suspended despite several changes and attempts to reinstate it, still it was declared suspended due to non compliance. Our site is hosted by Bookalet which offers a brilliant platform for anyone looking to advertise rental accommodation. It was purely by chance that I had told the Bookalet support team of the trouble we were having with Google when they offered to help resolve it for us. I was surprised as this wasn’t an issue that directly involved Bookalet though I was pleased and grateful for their assistance! Within a few days the Bookalet team had us back online and visible again on Google..a miracle! What’s more there was no charge for this service..just an act of kindness that deserves this mention! With my faith entirely restored in humanity I whole heartedly recommend this company, not only for their brilliant technical ability to promote your rental listing on their incredible platform, but more so…because they are very nice people! Thank you Bookalet! 🙏

Excellent intuitive software backed up with intelligent support. We run Woodstock Glamping Cornwall. I sat down one Friday evening and by bedtime had direct bookings set up on our website. A few tweaks later and everything runs like a dream - especially direct bookings - still a cause for much celebration! Looked at a few other platforms but nothing comes close.

If you rent a property, or are considering doing so, I cannot recommend Bookalet highly enough to you. The whole system has been created by people who obviously have rented themselves, as every single component of the system is both simple and intuitive to operate. 10/10 from us, thank you.

I'd been using Lodgify for about 4 years but decided to use an alternative product because of ongoing issues with downtime. I've teamed the Bookalet system with a Squarespace website. The integration is seamless and very easy and significantly better than what I had before. Bookalet is very easy to set up and maintain and has never failed. I can't recommend enough.

We use Bookalet for our holiday cottages and also set up a website using their templates. It’s a great booking system easy to use and totally automated. Great customer service if you need help, send them an email and they send you detailed instructions how to fix it. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic company. Great software with sufficient flexibility for me to be able to personalise it. Customer support is fast and efficient. If you are in any doubt about using them you should go ahead. I cannot praise them highly enough. They have made setting up and running a holiday house incredibly easy. Great templates for contacting guests for various reasons (confirming receipt of payments, providing information prior to arrival..). GREAT company, GREAT staff.

Quick and accurate information provided by the Helpdesk in response to my email query. Bookalet can do a lot of things for you but you need to 'get into the system' to get the maximum benefit.
