I love this place! The office staff is fantastic and the ground keepers are so great and always keep the resort looking really good. So many activities. ... so little time to do everything. Come and stay short term or all year ... you'll love it. ❤️

Never had any troubles here. A couple of guys did come by at like 11pm banging on our door asking about our stay. A little scary and a bit aggressive.

MESA VERDE RV RESORT! First the attitude and demeanor of the manager Tammy and her staff are "Second to None!" We pulled into the park at night, at a time when the club house was packed, vehicles and people all around. I pull a 24 foot car hauler with my motorhome, so it was a tad tight. Within minutes several fellow campers approached my drivers window to let us know where the night host was located. My wife left to meet an absolutely wonderful lady who came to our aid immediately! To be honest and from experience, I expected a grumpy greeting. Imagine my surprise when she jumped from her golf cart and with a huge smile she said "WELCOME! She spent a good 45 minutes guiding me to a safe spot we could shut down for the night. We have had several packages delivered and each time something arrived, I got a text message from Tammy to let me know. The park is well kept, the pool is heated and the hot tub is clean and set to 103 degrees. The residents are very friendly and many have stopped to say hello. If you are planning a trip to Yuma, Arizona this resort has to be on your list. You'll find the professional and joyful attire of Tammy and her staff is one that should be emulated by other managers and parks! Happy Trails and drive safe!

Beautiful park. Clean. Active. Friendly. If you're bored, that's on you! Great management, activities, and atmosphere. Affordable as well!!!!

Very nicely laid out park with plenty to do and friendly welcoming residents. We spent 15 years as yearly residents and returned to rent for one season. There are no incentive deals for renters and we were told refunds were at the discretion of management. Unfortunately, we had to leave after 2 weeks because I was hospitalized. We were charged for one month plus administration fees. That’s fine but the rules should be made available with the contract and there are many deals out there. Buyer beware.
