Before coming to bolt mortgages we’d spoke with a few other advisers but after our initial talk with Anthony no other company compared . Anthony was so knowledgeable and being first time buyers we didn’t have a clue . Anthony spent so much time explaining the process with us and making us feel at ease . Mellisa has been so brilliant , constantly keeping us in the loop and even chasing people on our behalf . They both have been so quick to answer our queries and get us through the process seamlessly. Jodie has been amazing through out, First touching base in late 2024 to discuss my plans and having some advice from Jodie to prepare as best as possible and then following up in the earlier part of this Year, off her own back to see what she could do to help to obtain a new mortgage. With difficult circumstances, Jodie was able to wittle down the options that suited my needs with nothing being too much trouble and going above and beyond to find the best deal. Jodie often called me on her days off (not expected!) and really cared about the case and I really appreciate her time and kindness. Charley has been amazing at submitting all of my documents and relaying any information required as quick as possible. She has been fantastic through out and I have felt so comfortable with my case in her hands. I am so thankful to both amazing ladies for all of their hard work and dedication. I can say with ease that the efficiency and communication has been the best I have ever had from Jodie and Charley - it hasn’t gone unnoticed & i look forward to working with them again when i need to remortgage. Paul has been really helpful through the process of obtaining our mortgage. I am useless with numbers etc and he was able to help me understand what was happening and also helped with life insurance details. He was always happy to be contacted with questions and happy to give advice and explain things to me.

I called up looking to get my first mortgage, going in blind as I have never done it before I can honestly say it was an easy process!
