I am forever grateful for this place! My daughter’s car had been sitting at another place for three weeks after they had replaced the starter. They said we needed a new engine. My partner suggested Boise muffler and auto. They were so thorough, they sent me updates on the diagnostics, took pictures and really inspected everything. Turns out the place I had taken it to prior put the wrong starter in it. Not only did they save me thousands of dollars, but their charge was beyond reasonable, so much less than I had anticipated. Thank you Boise Muffler and auto for taking such good care of us!

As a woman, going to a mechanic can be a daunting experience. Look no further! I had an amazing experience at this autobody repair shop. I worked with women on the phone, and at the shop, who were knowledgeable, friendly, and so so helpful after getting an original estimate with Les Schwab. After getting a check on my brakes from the shop, I realize that was Schwab was actually pretty shady in the way they handled my consultation, and not only did I save money, and got to use a local business, I also received a higher quality of service, and I am so grateful that I have found this place. This will be my go to shop from here on! Thanks ladies!! You rock!

Today, I brought in my 1973 GMC Sierra pickup to have the exhaust done from the engine all the way to the back bumper. These guys are excellent. They put in 2 1/4" pipe, used my existing Borla mufflers (my choice) and welded in an X pipe in the dual exhaust they put in. It was around a $1000 job......but well worth the investment. It actually quietened up the truck a bit but the real plus was I gained about 3mpg hwy IMMEDIATELY. (They don't know that part yet) I told them I needed to keep the bill below $1000, and they worked with me during the process of building my exhaust to keep the bill in my price range, and I should add, with fantastic results. I highly recommend these guys for ANY exhaust work.

We take all our autos here. They let us know what the problem is without all the fluff. I love their honesty and ethics

I had been recommended to take my Magnum to Boise Muffler. I had to take it back twice. I told them the coolant had a funny smell. I had been preparing for a long road trip to Florida and was traveling alone and I wanted to be sure the car was in top shape. First time in I paid $$$ for front end work steering column ect ect. Got it back and the coolant still had issues. I took it back and explained it to them! They decided it was a small replacement that had been allowing oil to drip on the engine and that was the problem. They assured me I would be fine for the trip. I got to Mississippi and the check engine light came on. I had the car towed to a garage. It cost another 1500.00 to have the car repaired. Oil had been getting into the coolant as I had originally explained to the owner at Boise Muffler. They totally ruined the trip for me. I depended on them as a single woman driving across country. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this business!

Have not gotten my vehicle back yet!

I went in a few weeks ago to get a Flowmaster 40 series on my truck and they did an amazing job. It was done within the hour, they informed me of what they would be doing beforehand, and were totally understanding when I had realized I'd left my wallet at home and needed to wait for my mom to get there so I could pay. When I looked under my truck to see what they had done, it was exactly as they had told me and charged me for. I am super happy with them and my truck sounds great!

I bought a vehicle from a previous owner and they would not honor the warranty. They refused to look at it and said tough luck. I took it to another shop and the fixed it saying the work was bs and they didn't know what they were doing. Beware!
